About
Orbitmine is an incremental space mining game where you orbit planets and drill through layers of blocks to reach the core.
Mine Planets to the Core
Fire your laser to destroy blocks as you orbit. Break through seasonal zones — Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter — each guarded by unique hazards and a powerful core.
Upgrade Your Ship
Unlock a deep upgrade tree to boost your laser power, expand your barrier, and gain new abilities like Mega Laser, Shockwave, Drones, and Overdrive.
Survive Seasonal Threats
Each zone brings a different challenge: regenerating blocks in Spring, overheating in Summer, wind gusts in Autumn, and freezing cold in Winter. The final core cycles through all four.
Incremental Progression
Every sortie makes you stronger. Mine, upgrade, and push deeper into the planet with each run.

Cheap feeling game that would have been a free game on Flash. "Casual" gets tossed around to excuse slow, uninteresting gameplay. "Strategy" is also a stretch. Maybe it's dodging core attacks/abilities? Even then, you will use little to no thinking to overcome artificial hurdles. It is boring. And not a pun on mining, it is truly a boring game that shouldn't be more than a dollar.
the balancing on this game is terrible. Idk why reviews are mostly positive or very positive. I beat the game just for the 100% but was disappointed, even for the small price point.
Played the demo, mined to full cargo, then when I go to play the game, I mine the blocks and get no cash. Game is broken for me. Sortie Statistics: Sortie #1: 45 cash for 30 blocks mined Sortie #2: 0 cash for 19 blocks mined Sortie #1: 0 cash for 20 blocks mined I really want to play this game, please fix this bug - I love that its vibe coded by AI
Pretty fun indie game. Good sound design, simple but addicting gameplay loop. For $3? 100% It was worth every penny. The only constructive criticism I would offer is to tailor late game progression better, as the pacing results in the player snowballing in the last 25% of the game.
I think the developers either don't get enough feedback before release or they ignored it as there is too much things that can the game more enjoyable and it is easy to do first - return zones, terrible idea to have just one, allways backtrack to the same position and it took longer as youre further away - just a few speed upgrades and it doesnt feel as boost anyway cause i was too far away from return zones - ou yeah, later came option to move the return zone to other part of the map, that was cool, but i dont understand why destroyed cores coudnt work like return zones upgrades - feels too linear for me and most of them does not provide the great satisfaction for me this is fast project that dont have any depth - i would like developers to work more on this
Gutes Casula game leider ein wenig kurz
Loved the game. unfortunately after 100% there is no more forward. infinite upgrades would be nice, so every run goes faster, trying to one shot every core for example. or stack the cargo skill until you can fit the entrie planet in it.
Another quiet nice mini-incremental game. Takes about 3 hours to complete.
