Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This might be a good game under the hood, but the UI is completely unintuitive. Complex games are great but only if you're given the tools to understand what is happening and how your actions affect the game world. The interface is cluttered, with extremely limited graphics settings that barely have any effect on what you actually see on the screen. The tutorial and in-game help is completely inadequate. I didn't get so far as to fight a war against the AI, I was too busy fighting a war against the game interface. A war in which I was utterly defeated. I might have been persuaded to stick with it, but it's horrifically overpriced for what it actually offers, so I'm hoping my refund request comes through!
Good game. You can create nuclear bomb. But not space program...

I'm giving this a thumbs up because it scratches my particular itch when it comes to global strategy/civilization builders. BUT the game is very heavily focused on the early parts of the game. It ends by 1950 and by that point I wasn't able to get further ahead than barely getting the steam engine. The game also gets more and more unstable towards the late game. It starts with glitches in certain nodes and builds up to drops in performance and ends in a complete break before you achieve complete world domination. There's also a few quality of life improvements the game could use (like summarizing more nodes into one interface (for example the different raw materials or the different policies for population promotion make the screen very crowded but could be a node each) Still, I recommend the game for people who want to play a relatively easy civilisation builder - after a few runs you'll have the game loop down and start domination. 7,5/10 overall. Worth when on sale.
Good game but for some reason i couldn't get into it like some of the more complex geo political games such as Global Power and Superpower 2
This is an interesting exercise in optimization. I played it through repeatedly from the start to the end, and I got a higher score every time except the time I played through never expanding beyond Hawaii. After a few tries, I managed to conquer the entire world in 1583. I keep being tempted to load it up again and see if I can do it faster or get a still-higher score. I keep feeling like my last run was so good, I can't beat it, but then I keep beating it. What am I missing? There's more tricks to discover. The game is such an intricate machine.
The game is alright, but the price is just a bit too steep
I tried to play it several times, but I never manage to understand what Population and Food (the main things you have to increase, to advance in this game) actually mean, and why they are maxed to 100 (no matter what I do). Are they percentages? And if so, percentage of what? If actual values, why cannot increase above 100? I posted this questions on the forum, but got no response. I cannot play the game since it does not make sense to me. Please help me understand what is going on.
Like other people have said, this is a solid improvement on all aspects of the first game.
good mix of city state builders
Fantastic game. Reminds me of Democracy and Civ combined. My only concern is that it frequently crashes. Edit: The crashing was my own PC issues, unrelated to the game lol
