There are no players except bots that stand at the respawn.
Tried every mode, no other players, only bots in every single mode and whenever anyone starts shooting you get frame drops. Honestly, I was hopeful, but this is just hot garbage. Stay away until bro figures out what hes doing with this game. It is NOWHERE near a 1.0 release. Also, 75% of the game mechanics are not in the game. AI is horrid, trying to shoot through everything as soon as you reach 100 yards to them. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

OPG: Clan Wars, developed by Anarchy Games and published by Street’s Game, is an ambitious indie project that attempts to merge open-world survival mechanics with fast-paced multiplayer combat in a setting that blends post-apocalyptic grit with clan-based warfare. It aims to offer an experience where players can gather resources, craft equipment, build bunkers, and engage in dynamic PvP and PvE battles across a vast, hostile landscape. On paper, the idea sounds promising—a hybrid of shooter, survival, and strategy—but in practice, it’s a game that shows both the reach of its ambition and the limitations of its indie roots. What emerges is an experimental but uneven experience that feels as much like a prototype of something bigger as it does a fully realized game. At its core, OPG: Clan Wars gives players a sandbox where survival is tied to both resource management and combat prowess. The world is an open zone filled with bunkers, fortifications, and scattered remnants of civilization, encouraging exploration and looting. You can move between regions, collect materials, construct shelters, and prepare for the ever-present threat of both AI-controlled enemies and rival players. The inclusion of vehicles adds mobility and tactical variety, letting you traverse long stretches of land or storm enemy bases more efficiently. The clan system ties everything together, promoting teamwork as players group up to defend territories, raid others, and compete for dominance in the global “Clan War” mode. It’s a concept with real potential—one that aims to deliver a persistent sense of community warfare—but the lack of player population and technical refinement makes it difficult to fully experience as intended. Visually, the game leans into a rough, utilitarian aesthetic that suits its grim tone. The environments—dusty plains, crumbling fortresses, and industrial ruins—establish a convincing atmosphere of decay. However, the graphics themselves feel dated, with low-resolution textures, stiff animations, and limited environmental detail. While the game’s visual ambition is admirable, the execution often falls short, giving the impression of an early-access title rather than a complete release. The lighting and particle effects occasionally add flair during firefights or explosions, but overall the world can feel empty and static. The user interface, too, lacks polish, with clunky menus and inconsistent visual cues that occasionally interfere with immersion. Despite this, the aesthetic direction—the feeling of desolation and danger—remains one of the game’s more effective qualities, and it does a decent job of setting the tone for its survival-based gameplay. The gameplay loop revolves around a mix of exploration, crafting, combat, and base-building. Players start off scavenging for weapons and materials, gradually improving their arsenal and fortifications as they progress. The crafting system allows for creating basic gear, ammunition, and tools, adding a layer of preparation to the constant tension of open-world encounters. The inclusion of multiple modes—such as solo missions, team battles, raids, and global clan warfare—gives the game a sense of variety. Unfortunately, this variety doesn’t always translate to depth. Many of the mechanics feel underdeveloped or imbalanced; combat can be chaotic and unresponsive, AI enemies behave erratically, and the balance between survival and shooting mechanics is inconsistent. The lack of detailed tutorials means players often learn systems through trial and error, which might appeal to some but can frustrate newcomers who expect a smoother introduction to the game’s many moving parts. One of OPG: Clan Wars’ biggest challenges is its online component. For a game that leans heavily on multiplayer interaction, its small player base severely limits its potential. Without active players, the clan warfare and raid systems lose much of their intended impact. Matches can feel empty, and the sense of large-scale conflict is diminished when you’re wandering the wasteland alone. Those who manage to play with friends or coordinate in small groups will find more enjoyment, as the cooperative elements—such as raiding bunkers or defending territories—become far more engaging with teamwork. Still, even in multiplayer settings, issues like server instability, lag, and occasional crashes can interrupt the experience, making it difficult to maintain consistent momentum. Performance and optimization are ongoing concerns as well. The game’s engine struggles with frame rate drops and visual pop-in, especially in larger maps or during intense firefights. These technical shortcomings, while not uncommon for small-scale indie projects, contribute to the sense that OPG: Clan Wars was released before it had time to fully mature. There are moments when the gameplay clicks—when you’re driving across the barren landscape under a glowing sunset, scavenging for resources, or fending off a rival clan—but these flashes of excitement are often undermined by technical roughness or lack of long-term progression systems. The potential is undeniable, but the execution feels inconsistent and unfinished, leaving the player with the impression of a game that could have been more with additional development time and community support. Despite its flaws, OPG: Clan Wars isn’t without charm. It’s the kind of game that appeals to a specific audience—players who enjoy experimental, rough-edged indie titles that push big ideas with limited means. For those willing to overlook its imperfections, it offers a glimpse of what could be a unique hybrid of survival and competitive gameplay. The low price point also makes it an accessible experiment, inviting players to try something different without much investment. But for those seeking a polished, content-rich experience or a vibrant online community, it may prove disappointing. The game feels like a bold but unfinished project, one that captures ambition more than achievement. In the end, OPG: Clan Wars stands as a fascinating example of indie ambition—an attempt to blend multiple genres into one cohesive experience. It reaches for the scale of a large multiplayer survival world while constrained by the realities of limited development resources. The result is a game full of ideas, but lacking the refinement and player base to bring them fully to life. It’s not without merit, and for those who appreciate raw experimentation in game design, it offers some fleeting moments of tension and excitement. Yet it also serves as a reminder of how difficult it is to balance scope with execution. OPG: Clan Wars is a world that feels alive in concept but quiet in practice—an intriguing, imperfect experiment in survival and warfare that could someday evolve into something truly special if given the support and polish it deserves.
