Oops!!! I Slept With Your Mom

I gifted this to my friend, and bought one for myself. From now on everytime someone logs on steam, they will all know I am sleeping with their mom, coz I am never turning the game off. Edit: It's been 4 years, but I still cant get enough of your moms.

Oops!! I bought this game. Sorry guys- it looks like as$, it plays like as$, sounds like as$. You're a stock paintbrush drawing baby thing, gliding around rooms and collect pacifiers and keys. To open doors so you can glide along other rooms to reach mommy to sleep with her or..something. I feel dirty. If you get caught by stock drawing ...guys..dogs..cats..spiders? I don't know. They kick your baby as$ into the statosphere and you start over. Mechanics / physics whatever you wanna call it, feels lazy and unpolished. Stock game number 9007. Look I get it, parody games, yeh , sure , they work sometimes. SOMETIMES. When they're not lazy. The title tries to be clever to get attention, but it just ends up being really stupid.

I Slept With Your Mom[/h1] It is somewhat surprising that no one has questioned me while playing this title. Perhaps that just says something about my game choices. This is a somewhat arcadey score chaser. You play a baby who is trying to reunite with his mother. I guess everyone else in the house has their life set in stone since they don't seem to want you there and will kick you out if they catch you. Levels comprise of several randomly generated rooms and a mini-game. [h1]Mechanics[/h1] In each level the rooms, enemies, and item placement is random. The game increases in difficulty as you go on by giving you more obstacles to avoid, more keys to find, or new enemy types. You can unlock different types of babies with different abilities that can be used pretty much once per room (as long as you get the milk in the room). Abilities range from running really fast to automatically obtaining some of the items in the room. You have three hits and with each hit you are sent back to the start of the house. This is somewhat annoying; but you don't have to collect the keys again so it's not the worst. The mini-game is like a mini shoot-em-up where you shoot enemies as they come down a screen at you. Since the mechanics kind of increase in difficulty as you progress, replaying the start of the game can be pretty tedious. Elements are introduced every once in a while to avoid tedium but it's still pretty rough to have to restart every time from the first room. This may be for the achievements that require you to complete 100 houses in one run. [strike] In order to do this you would have to set a good two or three hours of continual play aside without losing. At that point I hate to say it feels like it becomes more of a test of your will opposed to a test of skill. [/strike] (see developer comment) [h1]Artistic Presentation[/h1] Again very arcade like feel. Rooms are small; dark around the edges and over in a flash. There is a lot of stuff on screen sometimes which can be a bit jarring to look at but once you realize how things are it's not bad. The upbeat and sometimes sinster but for the most part kid like music sets a strange tone for the game but it works. You feel like things will get really dark; but they don't except a random demonic circle here and there. [h1]Final Thoughts[/h1] This title may be overlooked because of the title but at the same time it may also increase interest in it. I'm not really sure. I do know this is a pretty decent arcade like score chaser that may be a bit too repetitive for me to ever complete, but is still worth the low asking price.

(Important context: I currently hold the world record score at this game, and have had it since 2021) I received this game as a joke from a friend, and I gotta say, this has to be one of the worst games of all time. Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun with this game because of its immense ironic value, but my god, who thought this heap of garbage was a good idea? The music is mediocre, the graphics look like generic clipart, they used the worst fonts imaginable, the controls are like trying to pick your nose with a boxing glove. There's rooms decorated with satanic torture gear or bdsm tools, and there's even a sprite of a TV playing pixelated porn. I can't help but wonder how this ended up being sold as an actual product. The silver lining is you can let this game run 24/7 on your profile to troll your friends. That alone is worth the two dollars you pay for this game.

I automatically assumed this was going to be some sort of adult themed game hidden under the guise of what the video above included, as if to hide the vulgarity with a veil of innocence and loss. I was wrong. (So far) I Slept With Your Mom was so much more fun than an experience than it probably has any right to be. You enter a random house, avoid ther obstacles like a man with a flashlight, boy with a bat, cat, dog, grandma in a wheelchair, and so on, all to reach the bed room where a woman is sleeping alone. Collect binkies and baby bottles, find the key, and get in bed with someone's random mommy to go to bed and wake up to enter another houe and do it all again. Now, given some of the darker imagery in the pictures above, there probably is something more sinister the deeper in you get. I haven't gotten that far, and only unlocked two new babies based on classic monsters (Dracula and Frankenstein). The soundtrack immediately threw me back to my childhood with up beat, creepy, and uumpa inpired music from the early PC gaming and console games I grew up with. The whole product even feels like an indie title you'd have found on one of thoe multi-game compilation discs back in the days of 486 PCs and first gen prentium processors. I look forward to spending more time trying to sleep with your mom, and other people's moms. I Slept With Your Mom is a genuine hidden gem in the mess that is the Steam discount bin (i.e. store front) and it'd a shame many will probably overlook it due to that. if you have some money to throw down on Zelda: Link to the Past dungeon inspirrd or retro love-letter to the Binding of Isaac series, this is one you might want to pick up.
