After waking from a terrifying dream of your own untimely death, you attempt to make your way to the Finnigan Brothers' Fun Park for its last day then back home again. It's like playing Russian roulette with five chambers loaded, but more frustrating.

One Way To Die is a Free-to-play text based game, that in my opinion is very meaningless and boring. You get to see randomized death outcomes, depending on which path/choice you take/make. If you're an achievement hunter and want to play the game for the achievements, then beware, this game has the most ridiculous feature in options. Under options right next to Steam data, there is something called 'purge', and yeah, the word says everything, so for the love of God do not click on it! It will be the death of your achievements clicking on it, even by accident. Unfortunately it happened to me with no warning message or anything, that says your achievements are about to get reset.

This has been sitting in my library from who knows when, i decided to check it out. It looked like a fun idea for a game but it just isnt good, a good idea performed with bad execution. And it isnt funny, random doesnt mean funny. Dont waste your time.
I play this game just to get the cool profile background It just your typical boring long ass writing text adventures games
"One Way To Die" is a real train wreck of a "game". This is more like a hybrid E-book with some light text adventure elements, where the developer boasts the game is so bad it's frustrating to play. But they are wrong. The game is so bad you won't even want to bother to get far enough to be frustrated by how bad it is. What do you do in the game? All you do here is plunk away at the interface to get random text chunk outcomes... this could have been a web page. The graphics aren't great... that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as you're expected to pay up $1 USD to unlock content/DLC, the game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is some nasty, predatory pricing and PC gamers don't like it. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. It's important to note that, despite this being such a low quality product, there's a number of positive reviews that all appeared immediately after the game launched, from suspiciously inactive Steam accounts that have reviewed almost no other games apart from this. Take the review score of this game with a grain of salt. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Sudden Death Simulator
Doesn't matter what option you pick, you still die. also annoying game for achievement hunters
