Just silly fun, love it.
Well the idea of it is good... But the game gets boring after a short while, because you have to grind a lot to unlock evething. There`s no variety in this game, you just press 2 buttons all the time.
F*ck this game, F*ck this game, F*ck this game, F*ck this game, F*ck this game, F*ck this game...
One Finger Death Punch takes an incredibly simple concept and somehow squeezes a ridiculous amount of depth out of it. It’s basically the ultimate power fantasy stripped down to its bare essentials, and it’s surprisingly addictive. Gameplay & Combat Two-Button Chaos: You only use two buttons to fight off hordes of enemies, but there is a lot of hidden depth to the combat rhythm. You can't just button-mash; it actually forces you to learn the flow of the fight. The Mobile Loop: It honestly gives me the vibe of a top-tier phone game in the best way possible. You can easily pick it up, blast through a level or two, and put it right back down without missing a beat. Achievement Shower: If you like the dopamine hit of unlocking things, this game constantly rolls out achievements. It gives you a great extra incentive to keep playing and pushing your high scores. Steam Deck & Aesthetics Community Layouts: I played this mainly on the Steam Deck, and it feels awesome on a handheld. A quick pro-tip: swap over to one of the community controller profiles, and the controls immediately feel perfect. Flash Game Nostalgia: The animation style leans heavily into those old-school stick-figure flash games from back in the day. It’s clean, nostalgic, and lets the hyper-fast combat take center stage. Final Thoughts This is just a pure, unadulterated fun romp. It’s perfect for clearing out rooms in short bursts and has a loop that is incredibly tough to put down once you get into the rhythm. Definitely a fun pickup.

You know those as-seen-on-TV single-use kitchenware tools that you should never buy because 99% of the time it just takes up space in your drawer? Where it does ONE thing really well, but it can't do much else? This game is like that, but I mean that in the absolute best way possible. In this analogy, your average bloated-budget AAA sandbox game that tries to pander to as wide a target audience as possible is like a kitchen knife. It can do a million things in the kitchen that is game design acceptably well. Chock-full of half-baked minigames and details most players will probably never even see that were thrown in purely to justify the bloated budget it was made with. But it will never be as good at one task in particular as one of those hyper-specific as-seen-on-tv tools. OFDP, in contrast, does ONE thing and does it very, very, VERY well: Wringing the maximum possible gameplay variety out of a mere 2 buttons. And despite (or perhaps BECAUSE OF) its limited control scheme, shoestring budget and 2-man dev team, it manages to be far more engaging than most AAA games I've played.
The sky is high, the cloud is low. But my water technique is hard to beat.
Some crazy racist bastard made a game that towers over almost every AAA title and he did with two buttons and a dream and it scratches an itch I never knew I had. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ∞/10 LET'S GO
this game is addicting. scales up in difficulty after a pretty easy tutorial. very silly. I played the sequel and its worth getting this one IMO especially if you get this one cheaper.
