On-Together: Virtual Co-Working

Really useful tool for focusing! The new summer dlc added some cute new outfits, too. Sometimes working on projects by myself can be pretty lonely, and just passively hanging out in servers with other people who are also working on their own stuff really helps. Everyone I've spoken to in chat has been pretty nice, and I've gotten a lot of writing and drawing done while logged in. I like all the character customization options, including the desk and pets. If there's one thing I hope might eventually be added, I think it'd be neat if server hosts could customize their island a little-- even stuff like setting the island during day/dusk/night, or emulating seasons by changing the trees to pink or orange/red. Idk! I'll keep using this anyway :)

I originally wishlisted On-Together after watching a video about potential Webfishing successors and was drawn in due to its bright, cute, and colorful cartoon theme along with the multiplayer and fishing (what I originally was looking for) and the large breadth of character customizability. My partner ended up gifting our girlfriend and I the game so the three of us could hang out together... and I [i] miiight [/i] have taken it pretty far by ending up having this in the background most of the time, finding a chill community to hang out in sometimes through this game, and now I'm achievement hunting the game to 100% lol. Not only do I [b] love [/b] the things that I've pointed out previously, but the focus tasks (which are really cute as well) and the productivity utilities (not unlike Spirit City, which I have played before) were something that I found affinity with. [i] This [/i] game's task list ended up getting me to finally remember to do things (and then actually [i] do [/i] them lol), although that might've been from achievement hunting initially, but it has stuck, which is good. So I really recommend that more people, [b] especially my friends[/b], get this game, because I want a big lobby of all of us to hang out online. [i] You know who you are~ [/i]

Great for relaxed digital body doubling while working from home. Cute aesthetics with small games and some fun discoverability.

game absolutely is wonderful and helping me keep my attention on what i need to do. very web-fishing esque. people are not lying though, it definitely has performance issues. i run ffxiv with shaders better than this for some reason

I got the game back when it was still a demo and instantly knew I'd have to get the full version. It's cute, it's fairly straightforward, and it does what it promises. Are there bugs and glitches? Sure! But that's to be expected and for the price you're getting an amazing deal, and things get patched fairly quickly too! I really enjoy getting to see the avatars of my friends and my own hanging out in the corner of my screen as I work; it makes me feel closer to them in a lovely way, and we're all getting stuff done!
