I always liked dragon type games. This one is not hard or too easy. Thank you. EDIT: After leveling up my dragon to win the fight to that Dark Black dragon, the game sort of ended. So I decided to complete some achievements and buy the different dragons thinking they would all be in a 'stable'. But to find out that I lost them all, except the last dragon bought. Yes!, this lost my high level dragon too. -_- Now I don't even want to play. Do a fix and let us have a stable full of our hard work and replace all the dragons including the levels they were at, or see ya.

[H1]On the Wings – Birth of a Hero[/h1][hr][/hr] 3 – 7 hours to complete, On the Wings – Birth of a Hero is an open-world RPG where you choose to play as either Bruce or Ursula, a pair of siblings who soar into an adventure after rescuing their first winged companion from hunters. There is a variety of quests, enemies, general wildlife, and dungeons to explore. While you play, you will gradually unlock eight unique dragons, each with distinct designs, flavor texts, and elemental attacks. While your dragon can handle most threats the game has to offer, you are free to dismount and take up your axe and shield to level independently from them. Made by a single developer, I expected bugs, at least one softlock, and a clunky design – and while the game is not exactly smooth in some situations, I was genuinely surprised to find a fully fledged game complete with real gameplay and combat mechanics, a storyline with a beginning and end, side quests, and a final boss! The quests in particular were engaging and not repetitive, and of course, the dragons were a huge highlight. Each one not only looks distinct, but they all play slightly differently as some are tankier, some hit harder, and others boast flashy elemental attacks that change depending on if they are in the air or on the ground. Each dragons have their own level, so you can pick your favorite and level them to increase their health and mana. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3530727066 While there are some obvious cons, like the graphics are not exactly top notch, night time in the game is WAY too dark (Seriously, the grass turns pitch-black), and the grammar is off – it’s clear that a ton of effort and care went into it. There are seven languages (English, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Turkish, German, and “Chineese”) to pick from, and lots of little details. Despite never needing to swim at any point in the game, your dragon can swim, you can swim, and the village is oddly detailed despite you rarely needing to be in it. The game is playable, BUT it is early access as it gets. From my 1 hour of gameplay I can tell that the game has potential and heck it's on my watch list. CONS: -Game is unoptimized; I can run GTA V on High @60 fps, here I need to lower it to "Good" graphics quality to get even FPS -Janky movement: there's something about the movement that is a bit off, especially flying the dragon. -Camera/POV: well you can increase POV with the scroll wheel, unfortunately while flying the dragon the crosshair will be hidden by either the head or obstructed by the wings of the dragon. -Bad collision physics: walking around town you'll know what I mean. -Weird aiming/fire breathing: up in the sky the Arc of the fireball/breath is weird. On the ground the fire breath is hard to use point blank (when bears are trying to maul your dragon). -Lack of AI awareness/logic: Deers will stay and be roasted by dragons. Pirates go Kamikaze style and yolo to the village and not dodge and weave. PROS: -Graphics: on Fantastic it is okay -YOU RIDE DRAGONS? Suggestions: -For the pov just let it be a shoulder aim type of camera view. So the player can see where the reticle is while flying. -Weird progression: Using levels to unlock other dragon is fine, but using cash is a bit weird. Use reputation instead for the dragon, and maybe a little bit of cash. -Awkward map design- I suggest removing the random houses in the forest, and instead group them up just like the home village and scatter 2-3 in and around the forest. Having them scattered around like that is a bit weird. Then you can incorporate the reputation for different villages for the dragon. Icy village = Icy Dragon, Volcano village = Magma dragon, Village in the middle of forest = Forest dragon. And honestly having houses randomly in the forest will destroy the ecosystem of the island, resulting in animals dying out a long time ago (Just saying :P). -Bad collision: honestly I can live with this since this will take time to smooth out. -Clunky hand to hand: Not really needed since. Dragons go BRRRRRRRR!!! -No stable/storage for other dragons: Yes, dragons for me are nothing but objects to be replaced when new, bigger and badder ones are available (JK!). -Day and Night has no purpose: Have a different animal spawn, boars and foxes in the day, wolves in the night. Conclusion: The game is true early access, a few bugs here and there, weird clunkiness are present. The story is nothing more than a modified fetch/destroy quest. Lore is present but you need to squint your eyes for it. It is fun BUT short lived, gameplay loop is just a modified fetch/destroy quests. Ohh and have I meantion YOU RIDE DRAGONS? Do I recommend? Yes, but on a sale. Unless you want a dragon rider game with potential then yeah buy it full price. Let's just hope this game will graduate from early access. Fingers crossed for sure.

Cheap, focuses on Dragon riding and dragon companion, made by solo dev who seems to genuinely keep updating the game. Has a lot of potential and worth following. Although, at the moment of writing this, don't expect anything sensational. This game still needs years worth of polish (because only one person is working on this). But I feel like it will get there eventually.

Wow! I ride a Dragon! That is awesome. There are 8-9 different dragons but my favorite dragon is Old Gray Dragon. It has got ultra hit flame. When it throws fire ball, 50-100 arrows appeares and gives extra damage! Thunder Dragon is cool as well. When he shoots fire, a thunder also comes from sky and gives big damage :D nice idea!

I love dragon movies and games. I am great fan of Skyrim. This game is an indie I know and I respect that. The story is good there are no much extra characters who feed the story more but no worries. It is good enough. There is a village, forest, mountains, graveyard, castle, caves, etc... Nice and mid-length adventure.

Very ambitious for a team of one. I am having fun. Who doesn't like riding a dragon. The dragon controls are good, the graphics decent. Everyone outside your village seems to have a catapult (was there a sale?) and wants to kill your dragon. So easy missions are not too easy. Even a bear had a catapult :) You can't go wrong at this price. I am in the early game, so I am not sure how lone the missions go. But I have gotten my money's worth of dragon riding! I hope that multiplayer (coop maybe?) is implemented some day.

Это - Просто - Ужас. Ожидание: Красивые полёты на драконе. Не супер, но адекватная графика, как физика игры и боёв. Реальность: Полёты скопированы с серий игр Harry Potter, ощущение как будто летишь на Гипогрифе. Графика: выколи глаз, из того же типажа что и полёты. Всё что поджигаешь - быстро тухнет при любой погоде. Звери, как и враги мега "бараны", ИскИн отсутствует напрочь, пара вариантов их нападения, но любая атака блокируется щитом со 100% защитой от урона. Миссии ультра простые, всё в пешей доступности. НПС, как и животные, застревают в текстурах, багаются, агрятся за километр, и на нашу ящерицу, будто это гикон а не метровый монстр. Можно дрейфовать на заборе, любой палке, или препятствии (ну хоть не застреваешь), игра невероятно баганая и сырая. Определённо "Нет". 2022 год выпуска? Да в 2002 делали игры, более качественные зачастую.

Nice indie game. Not that too long. I will continue later to play but I got good amount of time gameplay to make this review. One aspect that struck me from the outset was the stunning visual design. The forest setting was meticulously crafted, with vibrant colors and breathtaking landscapes that breathed life into every corner of the game. It was a joy to explore the intricately designed environments, from the sun-dappled meadows to the mysterious depths of ancient ruins. The attention to detail was nothing short of awe-inspiring, and it enhanced the immersive experience tenfold. <3 <3 <3I hope the developer continues to develop further :D <3

Bruce is my man! Dark Rider is too powerful come on. Make him little bit easier. When his dark dragon fires, you have to move and escape otherwise it kills your dragon easily. Otherwise, you should train your dragon more in order to make it more powerful.
