Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Okay, let's go over the pros first: For the price I paid, the plot was interesting enough. I'm quite fond of dystopian fiction, and the brain uploading reminded me of TV series like Pantheon or the film Transcendence. The artwork was decent enough. Not outstanding, but not an eyesore either. The psychological tests and the mini games were interesting and added a little flare the game. As for the cons... oh boy: That being said, without the tests and mini games, the entire game would have suffered. Before I reached the first "romance" in the game, I thought the story was merely "mid". Because of the premise of the story, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a little more complex. Or perhaps, I was hoping for more depth. The characters were completely one-dimensional: the nerdy jokester, the timid and quiet girl, and the fiery redhead. The cookie cutter villains weren't much better. I also don't really understand why the digital setting had to take place in a fantasy setting, especially since it added little to nothing to the plot. And speaking of adding nothing to the plot,
the sudden, tacked-on sex scenes. There was virtually no real chemistry with either of the love interests, so when both of the romance scene rolled around, it felt so... unearned. There was no build up-- no romantic or sexual tension. The one-dimensional personalities probably made this worse, since I couldn't bring myself to care about them... and when you don't really care about the characters, you probably won't care when they decide to do the devil's tango.
Overall, the only thing I truly have against this game is the wasted potential. With a bit more effort and polish, more fleshed out characters, and more developed romances, this could have been a gem. Shame, really.
