About
Olympia: Festival of the Gods is a digital board game where players collect tokens in order to perform rituals to honor the Gods of Ancient Greece! Players can compete against other players in local PVP, or against AI bots.
Note: Olympia: Festival of the Gods does not support online multiplayer at this time. This feature may be added in a future update.
The game is composed of 6 rounds. Each round honors a different Greek God or Goddess.
Each round is broken up into two phases: collecting, and scoring.
During the Collecting phase, players compete to collect their desired tokens. Players collect all of the tokens of the same color from either columns or the table. Tokens belonging to the God or Goddess that is being honored that round are "wild" allowing one additional token to be collected with any other tokens. But watch out for the Hades token at the table center -- collecting Hades will cost players valuable points!
During the Scoring phase, players use their tokens on ritual spaces at a God or Goddess's altar. Each ritual has a cost - the player must spend tokens of the designated color (or the wild color) to complete the ritual. Completing all of the rituals of a particular God or Goddess rewards the player with bonus points!

Sizin, Antik Yunan Tanrılarını onurlandırmak için ritüeller gerçekleştirmek amacıyla jeton topladıkları bir dijital masa oyunudur!
First Time playing it, it may look easy to play but it requires real strategy. That means it's hard to master. Goes Hard!

Fun little board game. I really like it. Give it a try.
Really interesting and fun board game! Loved the references to mythology in the game.
"Olympia: Festival of the Gods" is a not completely hopeless boardgame, there's some depth in the gameplay, which involves careful and strategic placement of coloured tokens, but unfortunately the whole thing was a failure due to weak technical implementation... one must remember they launched this game on the Steam platform where it has to compete with things like Mass Effect and Counter-Strike. If you think that's an unfair comparison, don't blame me, it's a level playing field where the giants rule gamers attention... for good reason. I guess what I mean to say is while this obviously failed just because it compares so badly to the competition, maybe it would have done better as a browser game or on mobile app stores. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? This is a "maybe" experience... if you have a lot of free time on your hands and nothing else to do, why not? But for the purposes of a review, this isn't something I can say everyone must try. It's not quite there. Valve doesn't give us a "maybe" option in reviews, but if they did, that's what I'd choose for this.

Игра 'Olympia: Festival of the Gods' - это глоток свежего воздуха в жанре градостроительных стратегий.
