Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Play this game when you like; - a game clearly not properly designed for a pc - bad elevator and waiting loop music - you, your work and your dreams not being taken seriously - sexual harassment - a main character that is absolutely not relatable at all (but has more personality than they normally give to her) - barely existent plot - everyone whispering stuff implying they are after mc but us obv not hearing it - okayish art style let's meet the LI's and my fav quotes from them; - 1. "I .... might know more about you than you think. I've had my eye on you for a while." (giving me the creeps personally bc we are supposed to know this guy but only pretend to remember him. mc ofc gets butterflies from him) - 2. "But... You're a failure when it comes to sales." (us talking about our ambitions) - 3. "At the very least, it looks like you meet the minimum requirements." (talking to the department leader we hope to work for) - 4. "I suppose someone in my position [CEO of the company] can't just be touching female empolyees whenever I want." (obv still doing it.) This is just the prologue btw. I am personally not really surprised bc this is a general problem with this company. It's not as bad as some of the other games but still extremly shallow. The story is rushed (unless you consider an "I love you" on the 2nd chapter perfectly fine), not really interactive and the chemistry between the individuals feels very forced. Some of the characters are also extremly disrespectful which is probably supposed to be seen as "harsh love." For me? It pissed me off. Fav quote from one of the LIs: "[Being nice] felt unpleasent." Besides that it was extremly boring to go through the different walkthroughs since it was always the same - possessive and hypersexual guys forcing themselves on a female lead that feels flattered by sexual harassment because of her low self-esteem (she likes to talk herself down every now and then). Also the artyle isn't really that bad but I noticed things in the background that just didn't add up. For example a vase that looked like it was about to fall down but just outplayed gravity. I do not mind that they re-used a lot of the background but I still would like to think that with a certain price there is a certain quality (and gravity *cough cough*) guaranteed. Which also includes the fact that they were not giving the main character a face (again) and her bangs are just so long you wouldn't even be able to see her eyes if they actually took the time to draw them. It's your money but my advice is to just save that money. I can not recommend this game for the full price nor on sale.

Office lovers is an otome visual novel that sets out to deliver the fantasy of a steamy, forbidden workplace romance, and it does so with the unmistakable tone of Dogenzaka Lab’s catalogue—straightforward, adult-leaning, and unabashedly trope-driven. Set within a bustling cosmetics company preparing for a major holiday product launch, the game places you in the role of a young office worker navigating the pressures of corporate deadlines while being drawn into clandestine entanglements with several handsome coworkers. The premise is intentionally dramatic: between the long nights of development, the tension of high-stakes meetings, and the thrill of secretive affection behind closed doors, the game positions itself as an escape into heightened office romance. It is a fantasy where gossip lingers in the hallways, power dynamics shape every flirtatious exchange, and every route promises a mix of passion, intrigue, and indulgence. The core structure of the visual novel centers around five romantic routes, each focused on a different male character with unique roles and personalities. Whether you pursue the young, charismatic CEO, the stoic designer, the polished PR expert, the reliable former boss, or the stern yet compelling head of development, each route offers its own flavour of narrative tension and romantic progression. While the overarching story remains the same—a busy company preparing for a crucial product launch—the emotional beats shift depending on the chosen love interest. Some routes lean toward softer, more affectionate tones, while others embrace workplace authority, taboo dynamics, and simmering erotic tension. Each route provides both “good” and “best” endings, encouraging replayability for players who enjoy collecting CGs and seeing how each path resolves. Artistically, Office lovers embraces a clean, attractive aesthetic typical of mobile-origin otome titles. Character sprites are polished and appealing, and the CGs are designed to highlight key romantic or intimate scenes with dramatic lighting, expressive poses, and tightly framed emotion. The game’s interface is simple and familiar, offering skip, auto-read, and save features without complication. The presentation focuses on showcasing the romance rather than experimenting with visual style, which helps the game remain accessible to genre newcomers and satisfying to players who primarily seek attractive character art and straightforward storytelling. The music and sound design are modest but functional, underscoring emotional moments without overwhelming the narrative. Where the game becomes more divisive is in its writing and characterization. Office lovers is an adult-oriented otome, and it does not shy away from scenes that emphasize seduction and erotic tension, sometimes at the expense of emotional nuance. Certain routes lean heavily into power imbalance, leaning on tropes where superiors cross lines or coworkers assert themselves in ways that may feel questionable or uncomfortable to some players. The heroine herself is often portrayed as passive, easily embarrassed, or swept along by the advances of her chosen partner. This can make some romantic arcs feel less like mutual development and more like a sequence of suggestive scenarios designed for fanservice. For players who enjoy spicy otome titles and expect this tone, the experience may be satisfying; for those seeking deeper character growth, thoughtful handling of consent, or more grounded romance, these elements may feel underdeveloped. Narratively, the game delivers the essentials: dramatic workplace moments, awkward flirtations, hidden meetings, and the tension of maintaining a secret relationship under corporate scrutiny. However, the routes vary in quality. Some characters receive more fully realized arcs with believable growth and emotional depth, while others rely more heavily on cliché or lean too far into melodrama. The pacing is generally quick, making each route suitable for a short, focused playthrough. Yet the brevity also limits how deeply the characters and relationships can be explored, leading to a sense that some endings resolve too neatly or without sufficient buildup. The story’s foundation is enjoyable but not particularly rich, functioning primarily as a vessel for romantic fantasy rather than a nuanced exploration of office dynamics. Despite these shortcomings, Office lovers succeeds at the experience it intends to offer. It is accessible, straightforward, and filled with dramatic, sensual energy. For players who enjoy collecting routes, unlocking CGs, and immersing themselves in lightly structured romance narratives, the game offers hours of content across multiple playthroughs. It functions well as a guilty-pleasure otome—light, steamy, and not overly demanding. However, it remains best suited for audiences comfortable with adult themes and familiar with the conventions of the genre, as its writing and tone may not appeal to those seeking gentle romance or character-driven emotional storytelling. In the end, Office lovers is a niche but serviceable entry in the adult otome space: visually engaging, narratively indulgent, and unashamed of its dramatic, trope-filled approach to office romance. It may not stand out among more sophisticated visual novels, but for those who enjoy its particular blend of workplace tension, seductive scenarios, and multiple love interests, it delivers exactly the kind of escapist fantasy it promises.
