Octodad: Dadliest Catch is a game about destruction, deception, and fatherhood. The player controls Octodad, a dapper octopus masquerading as a human, as he goes about his life. Octodad's existence is a constant struggle, as he must master mundane tasks with his unwieldy boneless tentacles while simultaneously keeping his cephalopodan...

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

IT IS SO FUN TRYING TO CONTROL HIS FLOPPY TENTICIALS
octodad is a freaky ass ♥♥♥♥♥
Cool story and very unique gameplay but unfortunately the crashes make the game unplayable. I have messed with settings numerous times and it still does not work. I do not know for sure if it is because my computer is too new or it is the game itself. Both maybe? I have had a similar situation like this with older games. I am unsure of the true problem but I was forced to refund the game. Hopefully they can fix this in the future. I still recommend this game because it is good but I unfortunately will be missing out.

Alcoholic simulator.
pretty quick to beat ngl but i do love the cute and funny story, also fun mechanics. 10/10
this is a game for the real OGs of the 2010's and it does not get anywhere near the amount of recognition it deserves for its contributions to this genre of game
So, it's just a game about a average man with a wife and family going through some marital problems. Also, some time's he ends up being sucked down a toilet. I mean, hasn't it happened to everyone at some point or another? If anything, should of just named this game Average Dad Simulator. Some people talk about a octopus being in the game though, especially the scientist dudes. Never saw one though. P.s They don't let you know on the store page, but you do end up naked in the game, so there should be a nudity rating. All i am saying. Would recommend though, dad act's like he has no bones.
a game about a normal fellow human man
