"Numbers & Letters" is, not to be confused with "Countdown", a rather crap low poly "edutainment" VR exclusive set of educational minigames for kids who are too small to wear VR headsets properly. I wonder why this failed dismally? Anyway as far as games go this has little to no interest for PC gamers, if you really want to do basic arithmetic and other elementary school homework assignments you can probably find those for free online, no need to download this. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarly visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 9 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
This is really insulting, and embarrassing from the "developer" here, who demands that before anyone can comment on being served raw, rotten chicken, you must be a three star Michelin chef beforehand. That's what he really thinks, and he wants everyone to know. Apparently it's impossible to measure poor qualities in a video game unless you're John Carmack. What a complete and utter joke. Why? Because the developer apparently can cope better if he attacks reviewers rather than accepting the fact he failed as a game developer. Maybe the developer should consider developing a successful game first, before trying to blame reviewers for his own utter failure. Because "Numbers & Letters" definitely failed... it wasn't good enough to appeal to gamers. Nobody wanted it. And it's funny the developer should poke his head up here because he's rather infamous for stealing a whole bunch of public domain artwork, making a VR "art gallery", trying to present that as a video game, and get this, putting paid DLC on it... What kind of person takes someone else's work and tries to get YOUR money for it? This guy does. Maybe he should try painting his own artwork before trying to get paid for other people's work??? You'd think someone trying to educate children would have at least half a brain first, but apparently not. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review, but his disgraceful attitude tells us much about why this failed. My review stands unaltered. I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

Hello, I installed VR on my PC. I currently have the HTC Vive Cosmos Lite, and when I run the game, it doesn't work properly. Could you help me figure out what the problem is?
