Nuclear Throne

Amazing Roguelike, probably my favorite or atleast one of them. This game is very easy to pickup and get into and has a hard but very fun learning curve. This game has loads of content with crowns and skins and has a lot more than it looks. Please buy this game. (It is very hard though)

every so often, I come back and try to enjoy this game, before being reminded that it's one of those games that requires you to learn every enemies attack patterns and hitboxes which is very cool for the chronically unemployed and undateable, but unfortunately, if you enjoy going outside and talking to people, this will not be for you. the gameplay loop can be fun, but too many guns and perks suffer from slightly lesser clone syndrome, and you'll find them in equal measure, so the better guns don't ever really feel special when you pick them up, and even with a bunch of health mods, you can die in .5 seconds if you don't know the exact type of specific attack speed and pattern you're about to be dealing with, and like with gungeon, you often get stuck with terrible map generation where you have a bullet hell enemy in a narrow hallway with no way forward or back that isn't an L.

Да, прикольный пиксель арт, классно ощущается, но как-то годами она у меня лежала в библиотеке тихо мирно. До момента, когда мне нужно было работать, и одновременно с этим сдавать сессию, спать по 2 часа в день, делая лишь коротенькие перерывы. Эта игра стала идеальным вариантом отвлекаться от написания курсовых и прочих работ, на 5 минут - ведь именно столько времени, в среднем, длились мои забеги. И поигрывая в нее периодически, я стал понимать ее имбовость. Она быстрая, простая на механики, но при этом глубокая. Ее скорость и простота синергируют отлично, и тебе не надоедает играть забеги один за одним, умирать и продвигаться тут легко. Ты просто получаешь удовольствие от процесса. Зашел, выбрал перса, пошел в забег, собираешь пушки, уворачиваешься, выбираешь мутации, умираешь от шальной пули - заново. И все персонажи ощущаются интересно и сбалансированно, враги, локации, мутации, оружие - ничего не убрать ничего не добавить, все выглядит целостно и на своих местах. В общем имбулечка, на осознание потребовалось несколько лет ахах, но лучше поздно чем никогда. Игра нашла свое время Еще конечно же хочу отметить интересный сюжет, классную музыку и крутой дизайн персонажей

one moment u shred every enemy that dares to enter ur screen 4 seconds later ur back in the desert bc u got blasted by two random bullets u didnt see bc this game doesnt have iframes but i like that it doesnt it shows that its a brutal game and i respect that if u like enter the gungeon give this game a try, its the shorter hard drug infused version of it

La verdad a pesar de ser un juego bastante "viejo", considero que es un rogue-like bastante solido y muy disfrutable hasta el día de hoy. Pese a ser muy simple realmente hay mucho contenido detrás si te propones desbloquear todo lo que tiene para ofrecer; sumado al hecho del multijugador y la nueva actualización lo he disfrutado bastante junto a mi novia. Completamente recomendado.

Fun quirk on steam deck. Running at 30 fps capped makes the game run slower so my kid can play it easier. He loves it. Great game.
