About
Nuclear Option is a combat flight game set on a dynamic and realistic battlefield of the near future. Use an array of advanced weapons to change the course of battles as you intercept bombers, duel fighters, fly under the radar, or unleash the fury of nuclear weapons on enemy formations.
Each aircraft comes with an immersive cockpit featuring a situational awareness HUD, identifying nearby targets and threats. Aircraft can be flown with various controllers or with a mouse-controlled "virtual joystick", requiring no special hardware.
Experience realistic flight dynamics, with stalls, spins and g-force effects fully implemented, as each aircraft is composed of up to 50 individually simulated physics parts . A highly detailed damage model means that the condition of each part affects the way your aircraft flies.
Build your own missions using the included mission editor, and then fly your mission solo or with friends in PVP or PVE multiplayer combat.

Extremely fun flight sim that isn't too intense (like DCS). Perfectly capable of playing with MnK or a controller. There is so much variety and plenty of singe player missions to get your feet wet with the different aircraft and missions. 10/10 cannot wait to see how this game continues to improve.
It is a good mix between arcade fun of Ace Combat and somewhat realistic large scale battles of World Thunder. A little hard to pick up at first, but the game rewards tou for experimenting and improving your tactics

Going nuclear is in fact, NOT and option, but a requirement
fun only when there isnt 15000 medusas jamming you while theres 19 billion Sarahs at ur location but good
I'm coming up on twenty hours in this game and I have to say it outdoes countless other arcade flight sims and early access games. The vehicles that are in the game are fully flushed out and the other mechanics are well executed. It runs pretty smoothly even in games with 40+ players. Sure it could use some work (more maps, more vehicles, more weapons), but that is expected with a game in early access. The devs are putting out regular content updates and patches along the way. Its more than worth the 20 dollars.
good
Hi I don't know what I'm doing but when I hear the beep beep beeps of missile launches I hit the deck. Is good game
probably one of my favourite flight games I've ever played! when i first saw it i thought it was just a you get to play with nukes gimmick game but it really is bridging the gap between arcade and sim like no one has that i can think of. graphicly it looks realy good in my opinion the explosions look sick, the damage model is awesome and really gives you so many opportunity's to feel like an ace pilot and nukes are cool lets be real! one of my most memorable moments was when my electrical system was completely shot and I was missing a little bit of one wing and a lot of control surfaces but i was still able to just barley get some rounds out and win the dogfight and limp home while being chased all the way back to my airfield until 2 friendlies came and covered me letting me land to rearm and repair, only to watch my plane get disintegrated before my eyes in the hanger screen as a nuke hit the base. absolute cinema my only complaint is it still feels like an early access game. there are at the time of this review only 2 maps one is definitely more balanced than the other, there also are few mechanics that feel half implemented (mostly related to ground stuff) and sometimes times things will just break but as long as the game continues to get updated i can absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to dip there feet into flight games more mechanically gritty than ace combat, but feel that DCS is too overwhelming and that war thunder is well owned by Gaijin and sucks
Great game. Despite the game having a very in-depth physics and flight model, it's actually fun and doesn't require reading a 400 page manual just to start the jets. It's Ace Combat but more realistic, more in-depth, and more fun. Also nukes are fun. It has workshop support so you can make your own mods and missions, and the OST is a banger.
Wow, that was crazy. Nothing beats banzi charging several enemies with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nuke. Please play this game!! Its so worth it!!
