First off, don't be fooled by my playing time. Since this is a light game, I often keep it running in the background while I work. Actual play time is probably around 6- 8 hours so far - enough for two playthroughs. A single playthrough will probably take you around 3-5 hours. As for the game itself, it's an interesting and innovative VN that essentially functions as a reverse Werewolf game: you have 5 girls, only one of which is human, while the other 4 are all monsters. Winning requires you to guess which one is on your side AND develop a bond with her. So far, nothing special. What truly makes this game interesting, though, is the fact that everything is randomized, from which girl is actually human to the general behavior of each monster; the only thing that remains consistent is the fact that each heroine can only ever be one monster (for instance, Sumi Choi will always be either a witch or a human being. She'll never be a succubus or any other being). This gives the game a fair amount of replay value and prevents future playthroughs from becoming stale too soon; sadly, unlike Gnosia, the most obvious point of comparison, this game doesn't have any RPG elements and the enigmas are actually quite simple once you get the hang of them, so future playthroughs are mostly carried by the new discoveries you might make on each girl's route. Once you've obtained all endings, there's no incentive to ever come back. But hey, isn't that the case with most visual novels? The plot itself is fairly simple, but oozes atmosphere; particularly, the sound design and writing create unsettling undertones that can truly make your hair stand on end at times, despite the game's clear lack of budget. The translation also flows well, though it suffers from a few typos and even instances in which the game's coding bleeds into the text. It's not too common or anything, but do keep this in mind if you're fussy about this kind of thing. Oh, and speaking of bugs... they're the one major flaw this game has. This release has been plagued with them from the start, and while the worst ones have been fixed, quite a few remain. Particularly, the game sometimes does not translate clues related to summoning locations when they're written on the right side bar that functions as a checklist, and that can be a MAJOR problem. You see, these clues are obtained from books, and the way they convey summoning locations can be quite misleading; the correct interpretation is that all locations mentioned are possible summoning areas, but sometimes the text makes it seem as though only one of them is correct. The checklist always clarifies this by listing all locations, but that doesn't do much if it ends up written in Korean. This might seem minor, but actually wrecked my first playthrough by making me think a monster was actually innocent. All things considered, though, this is quite a good game. The english release is a bit unpolished and the game COULD use more variety, but you're likely to have a good time with what's already here. There's also some DLC with extra content, but we still don't know if it will ever be translated.
Fantastic characters good story really excellent English translation and good horror atmosphere for the locations that are in the game. I loved having to figure out who was the real human and who were the monsters/demons. each play through of the game is different for the locations that the murders do take place so it is replayable the character routes can get a little bit tedious though if you are going for a specific character route but they turn out to be a demon however there is a cheat mode that lets you pick any character to be able to be the human so that helps. its a shame that there isn't a lot more reviews for this game because it does deserve to be more noticeable for what it is. In general for what the price of the game is it is well worth getting it whether its on sale or not.
This is a little diamond in the rough. Some characters are definitely better written than others, but the style of this game is quite fantastic. It's not super heavy on the deduction, but fun enough for a couple of playthroughs. Translation is mostly fine, except for a few instances where some parts are just outright untranslated or don't match. The worst one is in the clues, where Ancient Language and Old Language mean the same thing.
Honestly one of my favorite VN horror games!
I really liked what i could play i had to refund the game because it would keep crashing on me. The scene it would do this on is where the first female character is introduced. So for that reason i cannot give this a positive review

Started off a bit cliche but quickly turned into a very unique and well written game. I wasn't very interested in visual novels but I gotta play more of them if they are this enjoyable.
