I bought this because it brings back all the childhood memories from 2005 and the excitement of a sci-fi fantasy of being stranded in an alien planet, perhaps one of the earliest in games
Bought it mostly to relive nostalgia, and to pay homage to a guy who brought many a happy hours to my childhood.
A game of my childhood. Nostalgia bomb!

This is a hardcore crafting/survival game created in time before hardcore crafting/survival games were popular. I bought this mostly for nostalgia as I played this a lot as a kid and I really liked the game (this was a freeware game, and the freeware version is probably still available on the internet), But I think if you are OK with simple 2D graphics and ready to die a lot before you learn how to play this you may find it relevant even today especially if you are fan of the genre.
This game uniquely simulates a "crashlanded on an alien planet" scenario. You have to discover the controls. You have to discover how to craft. You discover what is poisonous to eat and what is not. You discover what life is hostile and what is friendly. You have to find a way to escape the planet. It's as punishing as a roguelike, but you can save/load so use it at will. There's many ways to succeed and even more ways to die.
I remember playing this game non-stop when I was a kid. It is still an awesome game. Probably the first indie survival game. Also....where is Notrium 2, Ville? You promised us you will make it 15 years ago. I am still waiting.
I wish I made the game EVEN harder so no one could ever finish it... Wut do you mean it's fully moddable? What do mean they modded out all my content first chance they got? Motha f*cking ungrateful kids!!!
I got this game 1st Free on some web page. I decided to buy it because it is fun to play. Also game is really easy to Modify if you want easier game or make different items to combine.
Great fun
