About

In No More Room in Hell 2, you deploy as an emergency Responder into the eerie darkness of various zombie-infested locations.
Join up with others and complete vital missions to aid humanity's survival. But stay cautious: every encounter with the horde can lead to infection - or even permadeath for your Responder.
Every fight is a struggle, every victory another step back from the brink of apocalypse.
Eight players must use their wits and deadly reflexes to survive the relentless forces of the undead.
Find your teammates with proximity voice chat and grow together in power.
Communication and strategy are key to survival as you face overwhelming threats– with resources too scarce to not be shared. Use every strategy and tool at your disposal to outsmart the horde and make it out in one piece.
Every choice made and action taken will affect how the horde reacts, leading to devastating consequences or the loss of your Responder and their individual progress.
In Scenario Mode, Responders journey deep into the heart of the outbreak to arm themselves, tackle critical objectives, and extract supplies. Witness how the recent apocalypse has affected the Northeast Coast of the United States across 6 richly-crafted maps, each offering a different perspective of society's collapse. From the urban centers of Lewiston, Maine and Broadway in New York, to the industrial outskirts of Pennsylvania and facilities like Beaulieu Hospital and a government Bunker; every locale offers a different time of day as well as themed objectives to complete. Discover gear along the way, increasing your odds of survival and restoring the infrastructure needed to keep humanity alive.
Every mission puts your character at risk of dying - forever.
The undead can infect you and twist your mind, setting you on a race against time to find pills or a gene therapy cure - all before your dead body rises up against your allies.
Looting supplies always benefits your crew, but your Responder must survive to reap all the rewards.
For every successful mission you complete, your odds at survival improve through upgraded starting gear and perks earned from your previous experiences.
Do you put your character’s life on the line to save a squad member? Rewards increase as more squadmates extract, but the risk of permadeath is ever-present.
While one zombie is a threat, a crowd can quickly become insurmountable. The undead retain their senses, with every sound you make in the hushed darkness able to cascade into full conflict. Multiple zombie types force you to try and stay one step ahead or meet a horrifying end - including your responder joining the undead horde.
Ammo is scarce, zombies are dangerous, and players are fragile. Experience thrilling survival horror with an arsenal of weapons - some professional, some improvised - to ward off and outwit the undead.
Bury a crowbar into a walker’s skull with visceral melee combat, or unload your last shotgun shell into the advancing horde.
A dynamic gore system lets you see and feel the sickening impact of every wound you impart on the undead.
Stay alive by planning out your combat encounters, using tools like proximity bombs or molotov cocktails to employ brains instead of brawn.
Equip weapon attachments, including sights, scopes, and suppressors, to make firearms more effective.
Grow your Responder's skillset over multiple missions, with each extraction progressing their abilities and leading to unique perks that allow crafted loadouts for future deployments.

Been enjoying this game more with every new update that comes.

Every market we collect.
Latest in each market: best BR #35, worst UA #98 · 10 markets collected
US · last 30 days
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you enjoy really slow clunky games that make it hard asf to find supplies, this is the game for you!! I've seen disabled people with MS swing melee weapons faster than the characters in this game... so melee attacking really sucks and is really slow, so you switch to a gun. With a gun you have about 5 seconds of fun and then are out of ammo with none to be found. Its crazy how developers will make zombie games where the zombies are far faster than the healthy human characters you use to fight them with. Zombies can attack me mid swing with a bat... wild. I only bought this game cuz my friends wanted to play it. Would not recommend.
I was really looking for a good friendly coop game. This seemed to fit the bill. So the game by itself, I like it. I like scavenging and finding loot, I like the combat, I like the missions. Community is what ruins this. People who came to a coop game who have no interest in playing as a team. They treat it like COD Warzone, loot everything, and then run off and die, or early extract... And there is no way to mute or kick. Listened to some guy's kids scream for 45 minutes while he was hot micing. Loud music and just general stupidity. It was good upfront, until you realize that other peoples' actions can cause you to lose hours of progression on a character.
Full game launch is not going well, lol Been kicked out of three games and lost my avatars that I built up to level 30. The developer should fix the game from this happening with free options and not buying a rescue item in inventory. It's not my fault.
The game itself could’ve been fun, but sadly an incompetent studio bought the rights to it, and you can really feel the lack of love and passion compared to the original No More Room in Hell. You would expect much more from the sequel to a game that originally started as a Half-Life 2 mod built in Source 1 dus limited by an old engine. Somehow, the original game runs 10 times more stable than this sequel. They basically did jack squat to add anything truly meaningful. Meanwhile, they added permadeath to a game that is completely riddled with bugs, which turns the whole experience into a living nightmare in a bad way. For example, I lost a level 40 character that I grinded for 3 hours because the game crashed. 3 hours of progress gone instantly. I also saw someone lose a level 100 character because they got stuck cuz of a bug where they couldn’t move or do anything. I also don’t think the new skill system even works properly. For example, there’s a trait that’s supposed to make your two-handed melee attacks stronger, yet it still takes the exact same number of hits to kill a zombie. Half of the skills feel completely useless even when fully upgraded. It’s honestly a bad joke. And I get bugs every single run. Not tiny bugs either. I mean full-on game-breaking bugs where you can’t complete objectives or interact with anything for the rest of the match. Sometimes you can’t shoot, attack, or use weapons at all until a zombie bites you. But often nothing can "unbug you" for the rest of the game. In a game with respawns, that would already be annoying, but these developers actually decided to put permadeath into this buggy, barely functioning mess.... What makes it even worse is that these bugs are often triggered by completely normal actions like picking up items, completing objectives, or switching weapons, meaning you can’t even avoid them. The whole game feels pointless when you know you could lose hours of progress at any moment even if you are a pro player because of a stupid bug or a game crash. Also because it is made in Unreal Engine 5 it doesn't run as well as you would expect it to run. The game can have It's moments, but in this state I still would not recommend buying it.
The game is fun, but it gets old fast. It's worth about 100h of playtime if you're into it and play until you're good enough to play comfortably on Nightmare difficulty. Devs definitely took the wrong route with this game. Based on what I know now, I probably wouldn't have bought the game. Modding support is the most crucial thing for a PvE game in 2026+. The market is saturated with new games. No dev can deliver enough new content fast enough. They not only haven't planned modding support, but they also made the game run on official servers and use an anti-cheat. And you can't even progress solo. The game will be dead in a year, with long matchmaking times or unfilled lobbies. And I don't say it out of spite, but just based on my experience with "small" niche games over the past decade.
