In New Meaning you play as Luke Wilson, or do you? Luke is a struggling teenager trying to shed some light upon a dark lonely world, will you help him or will you aid his departure into depression? This game is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed.
Before I played New Meaning, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
this is a wonderful game, its very short and is a very dark outlook on the pains and struggles of Depression. its a game that I would say is worth playing

This game feels like a cliche movie, I was dying inside while playing. This was a painful experience for me, the story line is weird and cringe, and the romance part was probably the cringiest part.
Was really excited when i read the description, but when i started playing it seemed that we really don't have the option to save Luke. I must've pressed "Yes" so many times, yet i always ended up being sort of forced into picking "No". I don't understand the intentions behind how the game was made but i was expecting more... options, seeing as the first tag is "Choose Your Own Adventure". Not really sure how to feel about it.
I don't know if i enjoyed this or not. - SPOILER ALERT! -It was nice try, nice animation and nice words at the end - those two sentences. But i don't know if i agree with it. Everything should have meaning, somewhere. Obviously if you don't know meaning of your life - sometimes you can't find it in just three days (but i get it is short game so author picked just few days..) Story was sooo plain for me, all of that.. and with Luke patience? I would be dead so many times already ..irl. xd never mind, just poor boy didn't experienced much, and that with this girl, like what? he fell in love with her when? when she said he loves him, then she walks away, what's happening?XD?!? everything happened so fast, i blinked like once and it was over, sorry Luke, i didn't mean it. But overall.. i appreciate that someone put some effort to make a game and story, nice work atleast.
This game was important for so many reasons, but the biggest was realizing that even when I feel down and depressed, there is always hope at the end. I fought so hard to keep this kid alive. I backtracked, changed answers, switched up moments in hope of adding hope and subtracting despair, anything I could think of. Not gonna lie, at the end I cried. There was so much to live for. If I can get that invested in a fictional character in under 30 minutes of gameplay, what does that say about how hard I would fight if it were my friend, my parent, or my child facing such a decision? What if it was I who faced the decision? I'd like to believe that this shows that I would fight like hell to live, and that fills me with even more hope. 3 days isn't enough to determine a life, and meaning isn't always found when you want it or how you expect it. I've rebuilt myself so many times over the years from all kinds of destruction with much of it being of my own making, but I persevered. I lived. I survived. I'm still here, and I'm damn proud of that. If you can come away from this artistic piece with even an inkling of the strength that I feel right now than I hope you can grasp onto it and make it count. Never give up.
good
