Fun game, controls are smooth. I am normally not into these types of racing games but found this quite addicting. Steering sensitivity on high helps a lot (for me, anyways). The track building feature is neat once you get the hang of it. May be a little pricey but sure well worth it if it goes on sale.
As a fan of isometric racing games I give NeoSprint a massive thumbs-up! It's very retro in how it feels and plays, with a good increase in AI difficulty as you progress... But not too difficult. In fact, the boss races are a little bit too easy compared to the main races, but it doesn't detract from the fun too much! At first, I thought some of the tracks were a bit janky, badly laid-out... but then I realised that it just adds to the charm of NeoSprint, and adds to that retro vibe that is reminiscent of the games I played back in the day, like Skidmarks. So on that note, I think the design of the tracks was fully intended to cause frustration, carnage, and a whole lotta fun... and for that reason it gets an even bigger thumbs-up!! The cup races don't take too long to complete, and some may think that that was all the game had to offer on completion. But the Time Trial and Obstacle Course options add even more to the game, and that is where the real challenges are found. Throw a track editor into all of this and some PvE, and you realise there's a good little chunk of a game to be found right here. So for all the reasons above, I most definitely recommend NeoSprint! Well done devs!! :)
Quick Review
"NeoSprint" is a classic arcade racing game with a refreshing touch. It doesn't really innovate that much in it's gameplay mechanics or gamemodes but it delivers a quite fun and enjoyable experience. The game offers some simple racing modes and some interesting layouts but it also gives you the opportunity to develop your own layouts. I only played singleplayer modes, but I have to say that the multiplayer component it's probalby where this game might shine if you manage to play with friends. (Playthrough/Gameplay of the game) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGjVf99UXis If this quick review isn't useful to you maybe the following "extended version" could help ^^
The good

Quite good visuals and well implemented artistic direction.
Easy to get into, hard to master mechanics if you want to get the best times in each layout.
Classic and adictive gameplay mechanics.
Many different gamemodes to try.

The bad

The game could use some extra work in details surronding the layouts.
There's a few times where you can find hard to follow the track when there's a road on top of the road you are in since the camera tries to focus on you but some visual elements might make hard to see a turn. Maybe making the track transparent a bit early could help with this. But it's a minor issue once you know the layout you are racing on.

Things that might help you decide

The game allows you to drive every car from the start, but it has some unlockable cosmetics that can be unlocked just by playing the game.
Looks like a game that could be more enjoyable if played with friends or competitively.
Gameplay mechanics may get repetitive or to easy if you plan on playing in long sessions (+1h non stop), it's a game that's better enjoyed when played casualy.
Low-spec friendly game.

Final recommendation / Price evaluation
The game it pretty good overall and it just delivers when it comes to what a classic arcade racing game should be + some extras to make it feel fresh and modern by today standards. My only real concern it's the price of the game since I totally recommend the game, BUT 25€ looks like a bit too much. I'd say that if you like this kind of games 20€ it's the perfect price for it, and if you are just looking for a cool arcade game to enjoy 15€ will make it 100% worth it to you ^^. I hope this review is useful to you ^^. If you want to support me remember to check out the videos linked in the review, like and subscribe. Have fun playing ^^
Buggy. Track builder is not good. Extremely disappointing for how expensive it is.
Great game to be enjoyed with friends, can be really challenging, but fun when you master it.
Atari racing classic “Sprint” <3
Game is fun and challenging. Have a ton of items to unlock. Gameplay is simple and the physics can help you or put you on the last position (you will need abilities and a little of luck). I really appreciate that controls are very customizable. You will enjoy the game.
Can't play online. Not happy. But still recommended for anyone who likes a good race or making tracks.
