NEON INFERNO is a hybrid side-scroller and gallery-shooter where the action takes place in both the foreground and the background. As warring factions battle for control of a dystopian New York City, you enter the fray as an assassin for the Family -- a notorious crime syndicate determined to eliminate its rivals and dominate the metropolitan battlefield. Rendered in beautiful pixel art and backed by an evocative soundtrack, Neon Inferno delivers a stylish, modern 2D action experience with cyberpunk flair.
Take control of Angelo Morano or Mariana Vitti and battle through the streets, blasting, deflecting, and slicing your way through your enemies! With multiple upgrades and weapon options to choose from, you'll be well-equipped to shift this city-wide conflict in your favor.
Along with traditional run-and-gun action, you'll be able to attack your enemies in both the foreground and the background, deflect their projectiles back at them using "Bullet Time", and commandeer vehicles to chase down your targets! The more I play this game, the more and more I notice all of the terrible game design decisions that went into this. These people did not make this game because they're passionate about video games, but to make some money.
毫无疑问的推荐，非常优秀的游戏。试玩版一出就很期待，不得不说，第一关背景音乐响起，那种故事感立马就起来了。画面可以说达到像素艺术的水准，传神，而且非常美。细节处理适当，光影细节出色。整体氛围塑造非常到位，玩起来表演感巨好。杂兵设计的不赖，别看就重复几种，但每一个都可以说动作干练行动迅速，还各有各的节奏。稍微一多处理不干脆，就明显造成麻烦。掌握好套路和节奏，就能一一化解。更有趣的是，杂兵或Boss的行为不是完全固定，多少是有点随机性的，这样反复挑战时不会太无聊，依然需要集中注意力应对突发变化。总的来说敌方子弹较慢，攻击前摇长，提示明显，这对于我们这些打不过魂斗罗的老登可太友好了。喜欢玩，而且努努力，HARD难度打通不是梦。不过想打5星就挺难，评价非常严苛。还想通关街机模式，就更是要费大功夫。好久没开枪开那么爽了，小美和小帅的故事希望能继续，这光影绚烂的赛博朋克2055
