I wish only that, someday, your consciousness is extracted from its mortal vessel and condensed within a single Petri dish, there to play NBA 2K27 Theatre without respite until the sun exhausts its final reserves of hydrogen and the heavens collapse into perfect darkness. I want you to writhe, Ronald. I want you to gaze upon your creation as you expected us to, helplessly and indefinitely, while whatever remains of you slowly comprehends the full architecture of its own damnation. my game is bugged and it wont even let me play, 2k support is completely useless

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!! IT HAS RACIST BIGOTS AND CHEATERS. A bunch of white people calling you the hard R every game you step in while they are using black players....makes zero sense. You can't even report them because 2k does nothing about it. As soon as the game starts before anyone even says anything someone has to drop the hard R like it gives them boost. Not to mention the cheaters... pulling up with 60-80 ovr with either 99 everything or low attributes but their characters play like they are 100 ovr. They don't even hide the fact they are cheating...they will tell you they are either using Cronus or DMA. If you have console just run console or stop playing this stupid game altogether.

I think this will be my last time purchasing this game at full price. sure they updated the animations, but they didn't update any of the character models for instance, Deni Avidja hasn't worn a headband since being in Portland, they had him wearing one in 2K26 and still in 2K27, the 2K series is exactly what happens when you have an monopoly on the NBA sports game universe. no one has any other choice which gives 2K the advantage of not having to innovate and knowing people will still buy it to play the updated rosters. the hub screen is identical to 2k26. it would be better to just have a MMO style 2K base game that you pay 20 bucks to update every year or a 5 dollar subscription service because that is literally all they are doing and trying to sell you a full price AAA title. Ultimately do i recommend this game? sure if you are a NBA fan, and since we don't have any other option. but are you going to be blown away by the improvements? no

NOT RECOMMENDED I pre-ordered NBA 2K27 and paid extra specifically to get early access. During the first two days, I played for around 13 hours without any issues at all. The game worked perfectly. Then, on August 28, an official update was released through Steam and immediately after installing that patch, the game completely stopped launching. Since then, I have tried basically everything: verifying the game files, completely reinstalling the game, clearing the Steam download cache, running the game as administrator, troubleshooting Easy Anti-Cheat, launching without EAC, testing both older and newer NVIDIA drivers, closing background applications, running Windows DISM and SFC integrity checks, and even sending DxDiag, MSInfo, and complete driver reports to 2K Support. The result? The game still does not launch. I opened a support ticket with 2K and the issue was escalated to their technical team. After more than 24 hours, I was told that they are still investigating the cause, they cannot provide any estimated time for a fix, and they are currently not considering any form of compensation. So I paid more for an edition specifically because I wanted to play early, only for an official patch to make the game completely unusable during the very early-access period I paid extra for. The most ridiculous part is that the game worked perfectly before the update, on the exact same PC and configuration. In the meantime, I am losing days of early access, progression and in-game rewards, with absolutely no indication of when I will be able to play again. At this point, I have requested a full refund for the game and the DLC I purchased. A game costing over €100 should not be made completely unusable by an official patch during early access, while the people who paid extra are left without a solution, without an estimated fix date, and without any compensation. Until this issue is fixed and 2K explains how they intend to compensate players who lost paid early-access time, I absolutely cannot recommend buying this game.

Yo 2k devs fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. First of all why is there even a defense category in the game if it doesnt do anything. I dont have a defensive build but why is it when i have my arm on my opponents head its a bothered or light contested, and just saying I only once heavily contested a opponent and i have 66h on this dog ass game. And just saying my build is actually fast, but when someone has a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bronze high flying denier, and there 6,6 they become wemby, like when no one is close to me I try to go for a dunk and then this 6,6 PG build flies from the 3P line just to block me, and why do i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow down when they come for blocks like. And tell me this why is it when i had like 45 driving layup i was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ prime Kyrie Irving like wtf. Another think why is it that when im locking someone up and then they just run right into me they just push me to the side and then im behind them and they get an easy layup. And tell me this, why is it when i put my hands up it feels like you just took your pants off because then you cant even catch up to your opponent if hes 1mm in front of you, and why did you even put the mechanic to put your arms up to defend in the game if id does absolutely nothing. And the last thing for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ defense, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buff it atleast a little bit, because tell me why when im heavily contested I have the same green meter if im not, and then when im bothered or lightly contested i have a slither of green, like that doesnt make sense, almost always when im heavily contested i have more green if i was lightly contested. I will say this i made a 3P shooter and dunker build, why is it that 80% of the time when no ones in front of me or is under the basket and i try to go for a dunk i go for a layup or a stepback middy. The only thing i wont hate on is the 3P shooting, for me it doesnt bother me that its harder now to hit threes, like atleast thats a plus. Oh yeah and why is it that when i stop my opponent and he doesnt have any dribbles and i put my hands up or im just defending him, he just easily hits a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fader middy or when im holding my hands up just goes through me. All i want you 2k developers to do is fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ defense system or buff it, nerf the ♥♥♥♥ out of the driving layup, because it doesnt make sense to be Prime Kyrie Irving with a 45 driving layup, and fix or buff ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dunks because tell me why i have a gold posterizer badge and have all these dunks and contact dunks equipped and then i cant even dunk on someone thats camping under the hoop, and then my MyPlayer goes for a stupid layup.
