Mystery Case Files®: 13th Skull™ Collector's Edition

As I'm playing the MCF games in order, this is my favorite of the series so far. More nostalgic point-and-click than the standard hidden object, there's enough of those locations as well to satisfy. The music and atmosphere are perfection and we need more MCF games set in Louisiana swamps! Love the Who-Dunnit aspect of this one too, even if the story is a little all over the place.

I love this game, I've played it through about five times now. It has classic hidden object screens and puzzles that are just challenging enough to be fun without being painful. Also, one of the things that brings me the most joy in this game is the Full Motion Video; all of the characters are played by actors who really give it their all. Super fun!

Really enjoy this game and all the games in this series. Loved that they had live action scenes for this one and wish they would do that more in some of the other games.

Класний дух провінційного містечка Луїзіани, цікаві колоритні персонажі, несподіваний сюжетний поворот, таємнича атмосфера, піратські скарби, чудовий аудіо супровід. Під час гри відчувається прохолода дощу і сирість місцевих боліт. Деякі головоломки змусили добряче над ними попрацювати. А ще мені дуже закортіло спробувати суп гамбо!

Pleasantly surprised with this one. It was longer than expected. I enjoyed it and would recommend for fans of HOGs.

The doll thing got on my nerves

Non sono così entusiasta di questo gioco come la maggor parte dei commenti che vedo. Premetto che gioco questo genere di avventure da diversi anni e ho una certa dimestichezza in materia. L'ambientazione è effettivamente ben strutturata, i personaggi sono resi bene e le animazioni con filmati di attori veri fanno il loro effetto. Purtroppo è l'interfaccia utente ad essere fallace, Già il fatto che si usa la stessa forma del cursore per visualizza o per interagire causa non poca confusione. Le scede di oggetti nascosti sono un vero incubo, dato che spesso gli oggetti da trovare sono in ombra o dietro ad altri oggetti. Inoltre, il sistema di aiuti è quanto di più osceno mai visto. Spesso è totalmente inutile, non dà indizi o li dà in maniera confusa. La mappa poi è totalmente inutile, dato che non mostra né dove siete, né dive si trovano le locazioni utili. Sinceramente non trovo motivazioni valide per il suo acquisto.
