Mystery Box VR: Escape The Room von XSGames ist der erste von bisher zwei VR-Ablegern der bekannten Escapereihe. [b]ACHTUNG! BITTE STARTET DAS SPIEL IM SITZEN! Dann stimmt die Spielerhöhe und man kommt auch an die Oberseite der Schachteln.[/b] Genau wie in den Flatvarianten müssen wir mehr oder weniger komplizierte mysteriöse Boxen öffnen, um letztendlich aus dem Raum zu entkommen. Wir interagieren mit der Box, indem wir Knüpfe drücken oder Hebel und ähnliche Mechanismen bewegen. Auf jeder Seite der mysteriösen Kiste können sich Hinweise, Rätsel und Mechaniken befinden. Wir müssen die Schachtel also von allen Seiten betrachten, damit uns nichts entgeht. Allerdings ist die Lösung auch recht einfach und ich verstehe daher nicht, warum so viele deswegen eine schlechte Review geschrieben haben. Just like in the flat variants, we have to open more or less complicated mysterious boxes to finally escape from the room. We interact with the box by pressing buttons or moving levers and similar mechanisms. There may be clues, puzzles and mechanics on each side of the mysterious box. If we get stuck with a puzzle, there is a help function that almost reveals the solution to the player with a hint. Mystery Box VR offers 9 different boxes and a tutorial box that explains the sometimes somewhat awkward controls. There is also an interesting feature in the form of a daily puzzle. So it's actually a solid puzzle escape game, if it weren't for the problem with the player height. However, the solution is also quite simple, so I don't understand why so many people have written a bad review about it. Sure, the bug should have been fixed a long time ago, but unfortunately the devs aren't the fastest. The solution is, as I wrote at the beginning, to start the game sitting down, then you can stand up during the game and get to all elements of the crates without any problems. It's that simple. though the game seems ok for what it is, the lack of height adjustment makes it unplayable, its been asked in the community but no response, this is why I am leaving a negative review untill Devs actually answer questions and fix the problem.

I contacted the developer on their website about the height issue towards the end of december last year. They said they would look into it after the holiday. now it is almost the end of february and still nothing. I have no choice but to give it a negative review. Will change my review if they ever decide to fix it. Not smart business practice.

An und für sich ein gutes Spiel nur leider ist im letzten Level ein Fehler drinnen der das durchspielen fast unmöglich macht, eine Zahlenfolge muss in die korrekte Reihenfolge gedreht werden was mit der VR Steuerung nicht nur schlecht geht sondern ist die Abfrage auch so schlecht das es genau übereinstimmen muss, an der Stelle habe ich abgebrochen.

Плохо, очень плохо. Играл в виар шлеме, висел в потолке, пришлось центрировать через стим. Управление ужасное, только к середине игры понял как нормально нажимать кнопки. Правда местами хит бокс кривой, так что от мучений не избавился. Ну и загадки, очень "логичные и понятные". Как пример - есть рисунок и два колесика с цифрами. И все, какое число нужно накрутить совершенно неясно и ничто не указывает. Читаем подсказку - надо указать сколько на рисунке квадратов. И как я должен был догадаться? Ну ладно, посчитал, выбрал... и ничего. Пересчитал, еще раз. Ничего не происходит. Оказывается с другой стороны открылся ящичек, но я об этом ничего не знаю и пытаюсь понять где я обсчитался. Плохо, очень плохо.
