Mutant Mudds is a fun 2D platformer that you're really missing out on by not playing on a Nintendo 3DS. The 3D adds so much to the aesthetics and overall experience that it has to be played in 3D for the full experience. I'm aware that: 1) some people were ambivalent towards, or even disliked the 3D feature on the 3DS 2) that used 3DS systems are expensive 3) that the only way to play this in 3D, as the now defunct original developer Renegade Kid originally intended, is to sail the 7 seas 4) that this version does add nice features like cloud saves and achievements Despite the above, I do not recommend playing this version of the game. I've played this game on both Steam and 3DS, and the 3D really does add so much to the overall experience, that this game is not worth your time playing in 2D.

Simply made but difficult to master pixel arcade platforming game. Rising in difficulty, this game cleverly progresses into the harder levels, teaching the new mechanics until the player learns to pass them with precision, timing and accuracy. There are some levels with very tight gaps, yet almost everything has enough room for breathing and at almost no point the game seems unfair to do the specific task in the current moment. I like that most of the enemies in the game are able to be killed with the exception of the ghosts in the spooky levels, but even for them they have invented the special gun with 10 bullets that temporarily removes them. Lastly granny's secret levels, those are for the true hard-core challenge enjoyers and let me tell you - I enjoyed them. Definitely give this game a try. Certified banger
