Information / Review English
Music Man 3: Last Dance is a small platformer game developed by Valkeala Softwares.
Gameplay / Story
As in the predecessors, our main character is an unknown/young man who was sent on a mission to collect music notes on the various worlds. There are 3 pieces in number. You can only progress if you actually collect all of them, because only then will a new portal open to close the world and the piano can be played. But this is anything but easy, as enemies with various weapons try to stop you from your mission. There are clues hidden everywhere that give you tips. When you die, you start all over again. The gameplay hasn't changed much from its predecessors.
Pro
+ Graphics are coherent and colorful + atmospheric background music + good controls + suitable price/performance ratio + Achievements
Contra
- not worth contradicting
Conclusion
Music Man 3: Last Dance is a small, nostalgic hopping marathon for you in between.
First of all, thank you to the developer for providing us with this key for the group. Here you can find more good reviews from others and me and if you liked the review, then we would be happy about a thumbs up.

Information / Review Deutsch
Kontra
- kein Widerspiel wert
Fazit
Music Man 3: Last Dance erwartet dich ein kleiner, nostalgischer Hüpfmarathon für Zwischendurch. Music Man 3: Last Dance is a really badly made low poly Unreal engine based third person platformer from known asset flippers/shovelware scammers/Steam polluters, Tero Lunkka. Like all of his asset flips and other garbage on Steam, this has zero value for gamers, and is just a minimum viable product intended as a cash grab. Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Nash Racing" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Nash Racing 2" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Aliens Dont Exist" = Alien Character - Free Sprite developed by Craftpix
"The Warrior Of Treasures" = Dynamic Combat System developed by Grzegorz Szewczyk
"Survival Isolation" = Easy Survival RPG v3 developed by Easy Systems
"Lawnmower Game: Pinball" = Pinball Construction Kit developed by Epic Games
"Fancy the Frog" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls and game handling are notably very clunky, sluggish and unsmooth here. It's janky and unsatisfying to play... and any experienced gamer will tell you, the handling, responsiveness and general gameplay feel of the control scheme must be well polished for this kind of game to succeed. Unfortunately, this is something the developer seems to have phoned in, with little to no apparent gameplay testing. They dropped the ball on this one. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? Music Man 3: Last Dance has the ridiculous, laughable price of $10 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. For comparison, the $10 asking price for this game could get you games like "Kingdom Come Deliverance", "Rust" or "Final Fantasy XIV Online". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
Nice (but Hard) 3D-Platformer. Easy Achievements, 100% / 16min.
It´s pretty cool and little bit hard, indie open world 3D- platformer game with nicely looking graphics and easy obtainable achievements. + Three relatively big open world map to explore. + Easy achievements, you need play every map 5 minutes to achieve all achievements. + Controllers work with this game, i tested PS4 controller and Switch Pro controller. + Finnish developer Tero Lunkka\Valkeala Software, made this awesome game series.
Actually a good deal for the price, maybe 15-20€ game with the graphics and content
Again, you die--you go back to the beginning. This is frustrating considering how many collectables you lose, and how much damage the enemies do if you are not quick enough to get out of their line of fire.
