I'm a folk horror enjoyer, so I was immediately taken with the vibes of this game. The story is simple, but of course the standout aspect is the art style, and the atmosphere it creates is fantastic. In daylight and with no monsters around, it's picturesque, but in the dark, the vague, scribbly texture covering everything made me suspicious of every potentially enemy-shaped shadow. It got a bit eyestrain-y for me at the end of a play session, but I still love it and applaud it for being so unique.

The hand-drawn pencil art looks beautiful and makes the mountain feel super creepy and lonely. It uses real Swiss folklore and a cool local language (Romansh, Switzerlands 4th National Language), and the mystery hooked me so fast that I couldn't stop playing. The only big issue is the combat. It feels so clunky and awkward that I almost quit the game a few times just out of frustration. But the world, the vibe, and the story are just too good. I am really glad I forced myself to get past the bad gameplay to see the ending.
