Mudrunner: 1.38 GB, more maps, better physics, truck can beat mud, gives a lot of freedom when starting mission Snowrunner: 67.76 GB, less maps (non-DLC), worse physics, truck can get stuck in a puddle, not even 50% of the game is snow (title bait), spent 70% of the time restarting a mission (had to cheese getting an OP tank), forces you to suffer before getting to the "good part" of the game I heard there was a saying that you will love one of these games and hate the other. I can confirm, it's true.

Best off road physics I've ever experienced. Go get Adega modpack for this; lots of options and updated. I played Snowrunner first and then this...got spoiled...tried making Snowrunner as good as this...can't. Plenty of mods for this game tho...and the physics are unparalleled. Sound is good in this one, also. Pretty much everything is better in this. Hauling a load of logs feels, looks, and sounds like hauling a load of logs. When the truck moves, it looks like a truck...it SOUNDS like a truck. If you played SR, you know what I mean. The vehicles feel connected to the world..to the mud..to your accelerator. It's just great. If you have a comprehension of physics irl, you will LOVE this. It's unfortunate what Saber did to this series by dumbing it down with more content. This is the real one.
Good thing I didn't pay money for this. This game is just not fun. It's jank, but in a bad way. The camera is an absolute insult and makes everything harder. The "tutorial" is a joke and the manual is non-existent. If you enjoy pain, go for it. The only thing I go is "ing to uninstall".

This game made me realize how beautiful trucks really are, it is a slow paced but very relaxing game. I am always stuck in the mud but I don't even feel worn out or stressed or tilted even. And when you see your truck finally moving out of the mud bit by bit, boy it feels so rewarding. Definitely 11/10 I love both Mud and Snow Runner and I am really getting addicted to this two games, Snow has tons of contents and many available vehicles to play. Also the customization of vehicle components which Mud didn't have specially the tires which are really good addition. As for Mudand, love the simplicity of but what I like most about it is how the camera view is more immersive and the engine sounds are better compared to Snow maybe a little bit louder? and the physics are better too I think but you won't think much about it when playing snow or mud since both games are kinda same and fun. And ural, kraz, and zil trucks are my favorites. I highly recommend both games if you are a off-road truck lover like me, this is the best offroad sim you'll ever get Mud and Snow Runner I mean.
