Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mr. Prepper is an Indie Game developed by Rejected Games and features you, the titular Mr. Prepper, in the project to build a bunker and escape the authoritarian regime that has taken over his government. The game plays like a point and click, but with building and crafting mechanics similar to something like Fallout: Shelter. The story will involve your plan on building out the bunker to survive the threat of upcoming Nuclear War, and a base of operations to conduct your plan of escape. Much of the game will involve managing your resources to craft different components of your base, such as planters and greenhouses for food production, generators and oil refiners to power your bunker, and freezers and ovens to store and cook your supply of perishables. There are quite a few interesting characters to interact with, each with their own personalities and motives for helping you in your goal to escape Murricaville, with them giving you various quests to progress the story. You have two meters, Energy and Health, which both deplete throughout the day. Early in the game you will want to stay fed and take routine naps to keep efficient in your daily tasks, however you can mitigate this later by having more food than you'll ever need, and crafting energy drinks and drinking coffee to prevent the need for naps, giving you more time to focus on your exit strategy. If either meter depletes, you will lose preparedness, which works like an overall health bar. Let it deplete, and you'll faint, skipping the rest of the day. The crafting/building mechanics of the game are simple and easily understood. You can see what different items will give you when you break them down at your workbench, and every item you disassemble unlocks a blueprint so you can reconstruct it in the future. This will be essential for some items such as your oven and fridge, which you will want in your bunker to avoid having to run back to your topside kitchen. You will also need to be aware of your house and what you keep in it, as in this government's regime, mandatory inspections by agents will take place across various days of the week. Each item in your home has a 'safe level', which is used to determine whether or not you have the recommended supply of government approved appliances. Inspections that reveal three fridges in your home for example will arouse suspicion, and certain illegal items will get you arrested immediately for a game over, so inspection days are about tidying up your house and hiding illegal items (and remembering to throw a rug on your bunker hatch!) so that you pass the inspection. Keep up a good report with the agent and you'll be offered more leeway in the future, do poorly and you'll become suspected and subject to more routine visits. Throughout the game the inspections will become more stringent and you'll need to consider things like water and electricity usage, however the game scales well enough to let you prepare for these events in advance and it shouldn't be too much of an issue if you're efficient with your time. You also need to be aware of events like water shutoffs and blackouts, early game these will cause you more issue but later in the game you should be better equipped to handle them that they shouldn't cause you any problems. You can use your mailbox to trade with other citizens of the town, with varying levels of Trust based on how much you trade with them. Higher trust levels unlock more items to buy and sell and will be crucial to maintaining a supply of items you can scrap for parts, and other commodities like plant seeds and cosmetics you can use to pimp out your bunker. There are several places you can visit, such as a forest and desert area which have plenty of supplies to scavenge and host various characters which offer you the quests necessary for progression. The forest has numerous levels to travel through with different areas growing different berries, and having different animals you can trap for meats, and the desert can be travelled via a car you will need to repair and gas, which has numerous randomised stops on the way with materials to scavenge. The combat in the game is limited to various creatures such as snakes, bats, rats and wolves, and is admittedly quite weak compared to the rest of the gameplay elements. You can only attack in two directions with Q or E, and the enemies are easily dispatched, especially later in the game when you gain access to better weapons (there is a blueprint you can buy which crafts a weapon so OP that it renders the combat completely trivialised). The story itself is serviceable and advances with the plot, with mystery surrounding your amnesia-afflicted past, and why everyone passes out at 3am. It progresses well throughout the game and you'll learn more behind the motives of the people you interact with and why they take a chance on helping you out. My biggest gripe with the game would be that some of the missions you get don't offer much explanation in how to complete them, with you mostly doing a lot of adventuring yourself and trying to figure it out on your own or using a guide. Overall I found the game to be quite enjoyable, but progression through the story from beginning to end took me quite a while and I found myself getting a bit bored towards the end when I had prepped effectively to the point that there wasn't anything left to do asides gather resources to make it through the end game, as most possible threats were nullified by my bunker being equipped to deal with everything, as well has having access to the aforementioned game breaking weapon from the blueprint. However I enjoyed it at it's core and would recommend it to anyone who likes games that prioritise resource management, and any fans of the point and click genre.
after 40+ hours of playing, more and more bugs appear in the game --> workbench slipped thru the ceiling, just standing still in the dessert and moving isnt possible anymore, and more and more.
I think there might be a good game in here, but if there is, it's buried under suuuuuuper tedious and time consuming make-work you have to do every single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ day over and over and over again. By the time I got a few days into the game, I was surprised I didn't have to cut down trees and manufacture toilet paper so I could manually wipe my ass every morning.
