Perhaps the most distressed, disturbed, and disgusted I've been playing a video game in a long time. For those emotions to coexist with profound sadness is something special. "Mouthwashing" is a hell of a game, and I can't ask for much more for my time, effort and money than a tight two hours of utterly enthralling and blisteringly creative interactive narrative. A gift, a curse, an all-day fresh hell.
