Moose Life is a trippy, psychedelic trance shooter. Created in the style of a 1980s arcade game, Moose Life offers you an exhilarating ride into the trance zone. Spectacular shooty action and a top techno soundtrack will raise your mood. If you have VR, immerse yourself for greater satisfaction.

This game is amazing, beautiful, and addictive. My toddler loves it.
This game is absolutely nuts in VR.... Classic 8-bit sound effects... Flying through limitless space with so many rainbow voxels... Sensory overload! I don't know where this moose is headed to but I don't care... I'm in the zone playing by instinct... Higher brain functions disabled... Is this gaming Nirvana??? Love it!!!
Moose Life is top quality arcade action from a studio that knows-how-to quality arcade action.
Just love this game in VR - brilliant for an after work blast! It's much, much better with an ordinary game controller than with the VR controllers though - the VR controllers put all the controls on one hand which make it close to play properly. Brilliant game though, classic Jeff Minter translated into VR.
It's like watching a moose documentary. 10/10 2020 GOTY.

Truly a game I lived for, feeling fulfilled in a shallow age of microtransactions and advertisements suffocating the life out of everything to do with gaming. Someone can stream this on Twitch and advertisements will flow in every so often, killing the meaning of the game, making money for the egocentric streamer and the companies that own the streaming sites. Best to buy the game, support the team that made this truly fantastic but simple shooter. Get your mind lost and out of this toxic world for the moments you are within Moose Life. Its both wonderful and saddening. Wonderful to have such a game but saddening to know its a game that is surrounded by a lot of soul emptying games based on microtransactions and DLC that is not DLC but built into the games already. Thank you Llamasoft!
TLDR: YES This game is way more playable without VR in comparison to polybius that had too much depth information to be really playable outside of VR and while VR is cool and polybius is in my top 5 VR games that I have played I much prefer to do most of my playing outside of VR.
