Это потрясающе!) Шикарный ностальгический платформер)) Раньше он назывался "Морхухн Джонс и сердце тибета"
Nostalgia. Waiting for Traps and Treasures 3. I hope it comes out soon!
Horrible remaster of the classic platformer "Crazy Chicken: Heart of Tibet". Fonts, textures, and everything except the music is worse. Put the original version on Steam.

Moorhuhn practices colonialism and genocides natives to steal their ancient artifact The level design is a lot more open and maze-like than the first game which makes some of the later levels absolute agony to play, while I didn't enjoy the first game much I did at least want to finish it. Around halfway through this game I started to get reaaaaally sick of it and wanted the game to just end already. The final bonus level is a remake of the first level from the first game which is cool though!
Moorhuhn – Crazy Chicken Traps and Treasures 2 is a colorful and upbeat 2D platformer developed by Higgs Games GmbH in collaboration with GeekPit Studio and published by Higgs Games GmbH, continuing the long-running Moorhuhn (Crazy Chicken) franchise in a direction that favors classic jump-and-run gameplay over the shooting gallery roots the series is most famous for. This sequel embraces a deliberately lighthearted tone, positioning itself as a family-friendly, arcade-styled adventure that values accessibility, replayability, and nostalgic charm rather than mechanical complexity or narrative depth. The game follows Moorhuhn Indy, a treasure-hunting incarnation of the iconic chicken, on a quest to recover the legendary Heart of Gold hidden somewhere in the perilous Shlimalaya mountains. The story exists primarily as a playful framing device, setting up an excuse for icy peaks, ancient temples, and trap-filled caverns packed with enemies and collectibles. While the narrative never aspires to be more than a simple motivation to move forward, it fits the franchise’s humorous personality and provides a consistent thematic backdrop for the levels that follow. Gameplay is rooted firmly in traditional side-scrolling platformer conventions. Players run, jump, dodge hazards, and traverse obstacle-laden environments while collecting coins, artifacts, and special statues scattered throughout each stage. Levels are compact but thoughtfully laid out, often hiding optional paths or risky jumps that reward careful exploration and precise movement. The controls are intentionally responsive and easy to grasp, making the game approachable for newcomers and younger players, while still offering enough challenge in later stages to keep experienced platformer fans engaged. A key strength of Traps and Treasures 2 lies in its emphasis on score-based replayability. Completing a level is only part of the objective; true mastery comes from finding every collectible, minimizing mistakes, and optimizing routes to achieve higher scores. After each run, the game presents detailed statistics, encouraging players to revisit stages and refine their performance. Online leaderboards further reinforce this arcade sensibility, turning the experience into a friendly competition where improving personal bests can be just as satisfying as finishing the campaign itself. Visually, the game leans into a bright, cartoon-like aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the Crazy Chicken identity. Environments are vibrant and readable, with clear visual cues that help players anticipate traps and hazards. Enemy designs are exaggerated and playful rather than threatening, reinforcing the game’s light tone even when difficulty increases. Animations are smooth and expressive, giving levels a lively feel without overwhelming the screen with visual clutter. The overall presentation prioritizes clarity and charm over spectacle, which suits the platforming focus well. The pacing of the experience is brisk and well suited to short play sessions. Levels can be completed quickly, making the game easy to pick up and put down, yet the inclusion of bonus stages and hidden collectibles adds depth for those who want to invest more time. Once the main set of levels is completed, the replay loop becomes the primary draw, with players encouraged to chase higher scores and leaderboard rankings. While this means the total amount of unique content is finite, the structure ensures that the game remains engaging beyond a single straightforward playthrough. Player reception reflects how effectively the game delivers on its intended goals. Many players praise its polished platforming, nostalgic appeal, and satisfying level design, especially appreciating how it balances accessibility with challenge. Criticisms tend to focus on the limited scope, noting that players looking for a longer campaign or more varied mechanics may exhaust the content relatively quickly. However, these concerns are often tempered by the game’s price point and its clear focus on arcade-style fun rather than sprawling progression systems. Ultimately, Moorhuhn – Crazy Chicken Traps and Treasures 2 succeeds by knowing exactly what it wants to be. It does not attempt to reinvent the platforming genre or dramatically expand the franchise’s formula, but instead delivers a cheerful, well-crafted adventure built around solid fundamentals. For fans of classic 2D platformers, score-chasing gameplay, or the Moorhuhn series itself, it offers a lively and replayable experience that captures the spirit of old-school arcade fun while remaining approachable for modern audiences.
