Monster Crawl

I enjoyed the demo, it's been great to watch the game develop. I'm very much enjoying the full release. It's great fun, plenty of different level-up options and items to find, monsters to kill and maps to explore. I'm looking forward to unlocking the new classes. Two player is a blast! Which is definitely my preferred way of playing. It has some neat tricks like going into a challenge room provides a handy rez for a dead partner. Level-up options need consideration, as your bombs can explode your partner as well as the monsters. Difficulty level feels pitched about right, enough of a challenge that I have to pay attention, but not so much as to be frustrating - and the food drops can often be just when needed (and behind a wall of critters).

Cool game and keeps you coming back for more. The in-game perks are awesome and varied and the challenges are a great addition which is jam-packed with nostalgia. For an indie game with a short development time compared to others this really is a gem to play and even better when playing with a friend together using the Warrior and Archer is a perfect combination and the other characters I have yet to unlock, can't wait to play some more! Well worth it!

Scratches the itch for retro-Gauntlet fans. Roguelite addition works well. Special moves are satisfying. Music is well suited. Always wanted a pet slime.

アタリの名作　ガントレット　をローグライㇳ要素を加えて再構成したようなゲーム 好きな人にはハマるというか実際面白い…んだが何故かレビューが少ない プレイヤーも少ない。そんなにニッチなのか？ 日本語にも対応してるし二人協力プレイもできるのに・・・ まあ日本語は対応しているだけであって文字化けしてたり英語のままのところもあるけど 意味の分からないところはそうないし（機械翻訳に慣れていれば） 自分としてはもっと知られてほしいゲームであります。

Still a short term review....spontaneously Love the vibem and music, perfect game for moving some monsters casually without being overly complicated. Art is kind of retro looking but with some cartoon shader thingy...looking forward to more sessions :)
