I normally don't like shooter games, but the artwork of this one looked interesting enough to try it out. I never expected to complete the game, but I did within 3,5 hours. I'm very pleased to see that you can play on the easiest difficulty and still get all the achievements, that is great for players like me who almost play no shooter games at all. Some tips for the achievements: There are a few missable achievements like getting to level 20, eating 20 fruit, and kill 10 enemies with a support tower. All of those are easy and almost not missable if you just play the game. I did clear every room in the first half of the game for the experience and I would highly recommend others doing the same. That way you get the experience while still working on the easier levels. The levels get a bit crazier, especially the environment obstacles that make the later levels a bit harder. So I got to level 20 in world 3 and after that, I just tried to find the last room in each level as fast as possible. It always is on the top row of the map, so you don't have to search that hard to find the exit. [code][i]Please excuse any grammar/spelling errors you may find, as English is not my native language. It was a nice game, however Monster Blast runs on 32 bit. If you have a 64 bit system you might experience problems as we did.

PRO - funny little top-down shooter NEUTRAL - it's short but also very cheap CONS - randomly generated rooms not well implemented

Как днище социальной пирамиды, Нас тра h ают начальство и жена, И за окном - России ч мо shной виды... В спасенье Monster Blast лишь нам дана! Здесь, в понарошечном, мультяшном тире Пиф-пафаем мы монстриков, и вот Как будто легче стало жить в тошнотном мире, В аркадном трансе как-то нет забот. Жизнь на...бала - боссы не обманут, Разнообразны, тритатушны оч, Когда рефлексы в Monster Blast устанут, Придёт со сном спасительная ночь.
