Геймплей: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWXMqTHC1Qc&t=586s Геймплеем игра представляет собой трехмерный квест с возможностью переключать вид от первого лица на вид от третьего. Камеру можно вращать, приближать и удалять. Инвентаря нет. Все предметы используются автоматически. Искать их сложно. Места взаимодействия не подсвечиваются. Персонаж просто выдает небольшие фразы с описанием объектов. В игре придется обшаривать каждый пиксель! Усложняют игру тем, что после определенных действий появляются предметы и возможность что-то сделать там, где до этого ничего не было! Локации не такие огромные, но обшаривать все придется по несколько раз. Хорошо, что возможность сохраниться есть почти в каждой комнате. В игре много моментов с выбором из двух вариантов действий, один из которых приводит к мгновенной смерти. Это только первый акт игры про трех разных героев. В нем две концовки, зависящие от вашего выбора. Графика оставляет желать лучшего, текстуры посредственные, мало деталей, но для игры на «RPG Maker» очень неплохо.

It is one of those "first-person walking" games in which you wander around a completely non-violent experience exploring the environment and unravelling the story. Monarch Of Greed Act 1 is a game about walking from A to B. If this does not sound like your type of game, then I would not recommend playing it. However, I enjoyed this game because the atmosphere was captivating. The game begins with a slow and kind of annoying intro that gives the player a set of answers and responses to choose from that set the stage for the plot and player's background. I really like how much there is to explore in the game. You just relax, explore. By the way, game’s atmosphere is quite immersive. Neat concept, but poor execution.

I didn't try the story yet, but I can say I'm loving the Labyrinth mode so far. I was surprised to find out that it also included some riddles and puzzles, as well as multiple doors warps (where you need to find the right sequence, think Pokemon Red psychic gym). I definitely recommend this and will update my review after trying the story mode.

Monarch of greed comes across to me as a hark back to 90's, the art style, with a bit of anime style thrown in. There is a lot to luv about this game, that in the graphics which are clear and well presented, the controls are simple and easy to learn, but since monarch of greed is more like a walking sim, the controls are not over complicated. You can see Lledgames has gone to a lot of hard work in making this game. The switching between characters is a nice idea and so is the story, the story moves forward at a even pace, but at one point it leaves you high and dry not helping you out, or even giving you a clue to which way to go. The music, or in-game sounds, could have been expanded a bit, but they do not really impact on the game. The only thing i do have wished Lledgames did, was use voice acting, i think that would have helped the game more and given you a greater feeling of being in the game, for as i said the game feels more like a walking sim, rather than a horror, but hopefully Lledgames, will improve this in the next act. so to the score, because of no voice and the music only i will drop the score of the game to 8/10, Monarch of greed is a good little game, that could be great with a few tweeks

This was definitely better than I expected. The story is fun to get through and I love the artstyle. The ability to switch between first and second person views is a nice plus when looking for stuff. I just reached the 3rd chapter, so the length seems to be decent for it's price as well. This is a game I'd definitely recommend.

Super creepy game. Had a few jumpscares, but the scariest part about this game is the atmosphere. There was this particular scene in the [spoiler] classroom [/spoiler] that frightened me. Looking forward to finishing this as well as the release of Act 2 and Act 3

This game is really awesome once you get past the first damned door im sure of it
