Fun but so easy to hit home runs i mean it makes sense to make it easy but

closest thing we have to MLB the show right now, hope it comes to PC one day

It was okay at first but pitches are same spot every time and no power is needed to hit far. Would not recommend I’m trying to refund regret buying

Love this game, if the devs/MLB kept updating this game with new stuff like Cooperstown stadiums and game modes it would be the best baseball game you could buy. Really fun to just relax and try to swing for the fences.

Virtual batting cage that places you in the batter's box of all the MLB fields of play. It doesn't get more simple or exhilarating than that for any fan who's ever wanted to hit dingers in the derby.

This game when it came out was subpar, but with all the new stadiums and new menu. This game is great!!

At it's current 50% off, yeah I think it's a reasonable buy for a casual bating game. Not a sim buy any stretch, but a fun way to kill half an hour or so. The cons would be: 1) having to fiddle with re-centering your view to get a reasonable batting position. It'd be nice to have a more direct, in game method to move yourself in relation to the plate. Like a number of other people, the default position has me standing almost on the plate it feels and I wind up fouling to the left - long hits, but fouls no less. 2) Pitches seem to come in quite low. at 6ft tall I feel i'm swinging at knee height. I've never played or even really watched baseball though, perhaps that's normal? Those two little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aside, overall it is a fun game.
