Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really enjoyed this game! I will say, it was hard to play at times due to the lag/frame drops every now and then but over all, really great game! Good job on this especially being your first game!!!!!
It's a short, interesting little indie game. My only complaint is that the game is pretty laggy but hopefully once that is refined the game will be a lot more enjoyable. Other than that, the game was pretty fun. I liked the suspense the enemy added to the game and I liked the story.
I like the environment design as the ambiance is really well done. The ending was satisfying too. It does have its problems in micro stuttering. The worst part is in the attic near the end and the baddie is nearby making it hard to get past the area. This specific area doesn't let up on the micro stutter which is an annoyance. The baddie can quickly turn from fun to an annoyance as well because they never leave an area. You will just have to find ways around them while trying to finish an objective. You will also turn into a human snail if they see you making it more frustrating trying to get away from them but it can be done. Since the game has been out for over 2 years and the stuttering is still a problem I cannot recommend it to others with a high price point of $17.99 and under two hours of gameplay. I got it for 6 bucks so that is a "fair" price if it weren't for the micro stutter issues.

It was amazing, great game with very good mechanics. The game designer says he want a honest review so, here it goes: I'm someone who "hates" horror games because they scared the ♥♥♥♥ out if myself, this ones, scared me a lot at the very beginning but I suggest to have more "paranormal activity" in the house and also a good Jumpscare. If your intention is to have a horror game focused on the puzzles with a little bit horror, then you did the job, but if you really want to scare someone, pay attention to the atmosphere and, like I said before, the jumpscare. Anyway, amazing game, have a lot of fun, a little bit short but the ideal for someone like me. 9/10
Fun and cool horror game. It was a bit short though. Could be longer. Got some good jumpscares also. Very good for being your first game.
I got this game because I liked the developer's other horror games: Paranormal Cleanup and, the greatest $5 I've ever spent, LUNCH LADY. Unlike those two, this is a single player game designed to scare you more with atmosphere than jump scares. I just finished my first (and probably only) playthrough. I enjoyed it. It was very tense and creepy, and I had a great time with my three hours of playtime. The reason I probably won't play it again is that it's pretty short, and there doesn't seem to be anything different about subsequent playthroughs. I don't think I'd spend more than $5 on this because of the short playtime, but it's worth grabbing during a Steam sale. My one big complaint about Misery Mansion is that there is a lot of freezing and stuttering when new areas load. You basically have to resign yourself to not being able to see or control what's happening for a few seconds every single time you go through certain spots because the screen will simply freeze until everything loads.
