Possibly one of my favourite games, Mirror's Edge, is a cult classic with so much style and substance that I always find myself coming back to it time and time again just to experiance it's innovative gameplay one more time. It's hard to deny this game's impact on the overall gaming community, as its freerunning mechanics have inspired many developers to try and capture the same magic, with none quite reaching the heights that this game has to offer. The game's minimalist style is stunning, giving you beautiful set pieces and well-designed levels to manoeuvre through. As well as this, the freerunning gameplay is unbelievably fun and innovative, with speed often being incentivised and the eventual flow state that comes with it feeling greatly rewarding. As well as this, the atmospheric soundtrack is not only great but also exemplifies the futuristic world and the overall gameplay. However, the game isn't free of problems, with combat being quite underdeveloped and its story being quite flat, with an ending that is laughable. But truth be told, with everything this game does right, it's easy to overlook these shortcomings. Playing this game after experiencing the dog water that was Motorslice was a much-needed breath of fresh air. This game truly bleeds with style, and I can't wait to play it again in a few months :)).
в игре 2009 года есть о****ая графика и классный визуальный стиль, а нас заставляют покупать 5000-ю серию ради fh6 которая от четверки не отличается ничем, кроме собраных всех стереотипов о японии
One of my all-time favourites despite being a little short and lacking some snappiness
it's a good game for at least one playthrough. all online functions ceased many years ago and i doubt you'd find anyone competing on the time trials leaderboards anyways. not that people wouldn't cheat either. it's definitely held back by the time it was made though. tech wise it's fine. the story is very meh and kind of bland. almost as a hand wave to justify the gameplay. it released in 2008 though so i can give it some slack. you have to adjust your aspect ratio, otherwise it'll be in letterbox. i run an hdmi from my gpu to tv for controller based games and found that 1600x900 works best for a 55" tv. still fun to go back to games when i was a teenager every once in awhile.
immer Noch Ein Meisterwerk und Grafisch her Top
jeu cool même pour l'époque
Man ♥♥♥♥ this game. It won't even register button presses properly and runner vision is useless if it activates after you run past whatever object you're actually supposed to get through. It also relies too much on this stupid Alt button just to let you know where you're supposed to go.
This a a fun parkour game that you can get about 5-7 hours of entertainment out of. This game was released on PC in 2009 so the game does feel a bit dated but it still played great. The controls and movement are simple but are satisfying running through the different levels. The gun play is very basic but the focus of the game is on the parkour so its not something you will be engaged with in frequently. This game has a story but it was not interesting enough to catch my attention and it was too easy to accidentally skip cut scenes. My enjoyment came purely from the parkour. While playing I did have to turn off PhysX. It made my game run like a slideshow. I don't know if this is just an issue because I am on Linux or if its a issue with the game so look out for that. If you like parkour games and can get this on sale for a couple of bucks its great. I'm looking forward to trying Mirrors Edge Catalyst
its game is good and bad at the same time the game is hard so if you want a challage play this or buy it
