Reviews
I have very mixed feelings about this game... I appreciate the franchise, I love Faith and her character here, but the game's very unpolished in comparison to the original game in many aspects. The plot is anticlimatic, the abundance of characters makes a disservice because the rushed narration doesn't give you any opportunity to start sympathizing with them, plus it's very hard to be even thrilled by the events since music is calm most of the time when you're supposed to be nervous and feel the adrenaline pumping. As for the gameplay.. you can't feel like you're running anymore - i don't know whether it's because of the fixed camera, or weird body moves, or else - but it made me want to turn this game off and launch the original one from 2009... The only somewhat upside i can point out is the open world - it's beautiful. The game continued and leveled up the architecture of the prequel, although it ruined the runner's vision - the red color used to lure us and help to navigate, to feel like a high-speed predator on the roofs, and also suited the art direction, but now it's... lacking

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Cant get past first cut scene, Infinite loading screen.
Don't buy this. I had to block the game through Firewall to even get through the first cutscene, and even then numerous features are unplayable and you can't get every achievement.
I'm never sober It's fine 'cause I like it that way If you got somethin' to say say that $hit to my face
DRM nécessitant l'accès à des serveurs qui sont inactifs. Impossible de passer l'écran de chargement après la cinématique d'intro. Honteux de continuer à le vendre et SURTOUT de le passer en promotions pour le mettre en avant !
For me, a masterpiece. One of the very few games I intend to 100%. The parkour gameplay is excellent, snappy, and intuitive. I know people complain about the combat but its clear the devs listened to the "why use guns in a running game" complaints from the first game and made adjustments, and I think it really works to keep the flow of levels and movement alive. The architecture and level design are top notch, too. I think the people complaining about the lack of people in the levels have a point, but then again, this is a parkour game - I think if you are looking to feel immersed in social world rather than be free to use the environment as a puzzle, then this is the wrong game for you. The graphics and cutscenes hold up well until today. I personally even liked the story - the characters and voice work is great, it doesnt overcomplicate things, gives some variety, and doesn't shy away from some darker tones. I think its a real shame that we may never see a sequel to it, with it ending on such a interesting open note. Even the worldbuilding is great, once you focus on the bigger lore tying the comic, prior events, and individual background together. But I think in the end, I love this game for its incredible art style and feel. The game just feels incredibly stylish - running through the city at night or through a clear sky day, with the cityscape sounds surrounding you, speeding through modern architectures with incredible lighting, just exploring places to look for secrets and think about how you can get to that damn balcony up there - its addictive. For me, the step from linear levels to a mix of levels with an open hub world was a huge step-up and so well executed. 10/10.
Game is good in itself but EA has completely abandoned it, to get past the first cutscene you need to have the EA app in offline mode, otherwise you get stuck in endless loading screen. Servers are also down which is understandable since the game is 10 years old, doesn't really impact gameplay. I didn't experience any glitches or performance issues, game runs great and still looks very good to this day.
