About
MindsEye Campaign
MindsEye is a single-player, story-driven action-adventure thriller set in the near-future desert city of Redrock. You play as Jacob Diaz, a former soldier haunted by a mysterious implant and fractured memories. Across a cinematic campaign, you’ll complete missions, uncover your past, and confront a conspiracy involving rogue AI, corrupt corporations, and unchecked military power, a threat that reaches far beyond the city itself.

The City of Redrock
Redrock is a desert metropolis where advanced technology is everywhere. AI and robotics control daily life, shaping everything from commerce to security. Beneath the surface, the city hides secrets, dangers, and conflict. From gleaming towers to industrial sprawl and remote outposts, every district is part of the story.
Combat
Combat is responsive and tactical. Outsmart enemies with unique behaviors, use cover and verticality, and fight in third person with a wide arsenal, pistols, SMGs, sniper rifles, energy weapons, and grenades. Your companion drone, DC2, is directly linked to your implant, providing hacking, scouting, and support in battle.

Driving and Vehicle Action
Missions place you behind the wheel of electric cars, muscle vehicles, buggies, and quadcopters. High-speed chases, desert runs, and industrial zone pursuits are designed to push your skills and keep the action moving.

Endless Stream of New Content
The campaign is only the beginning. MindsEye offers an endless stream of new playable content delivered regularly. New missions, races, puzzles, and challenges developed and released by the BARB team bring fresh surprises. This evolving world keeps MindsEye alive with new ways to play long after the credits roll.

Simple to Use Creation Tools
With our simple to use building tools, you’re not just playing, you’re creating. Too bad free time has run over, the story was interesting and would have liked to see whats next. The game quality is ok, not great definition on movements but nice cut scenes. Still not worth the money its out now imho, maybe more free time would have created more dependancy and make me buy it. Pity
If you are looking for a triple A game, i wouldn't be recommending this game, That being said. Performance on my machine was, Kinda sucky at times. had to enable AI frame gen and even so there was alot of studders. Other than that, The game graphically looks great and combat is okay, Single player story is alright and there is alot of getting from point A to point B type gameplay. The devs cleary have tried to fix this by adding a skip button but it only shows up for some moments. anyways, I still had fun with this free weekend playthrough, perhaps further updates and changes could make this game better.
good story, but it feels like a fever dream in an iRobot netflix pseudoscience, you get hired for your first job, a 50 hour shift and a few once slept, see you in part 2 good game, its overhated, no bugs or crashes encountered for me, i loved the sandstorm mechanic, play it if you like watch dogs legion, detroit become human, mafia 2, homefront the revolution, deus ex and burt looks like boozer from days gone
I specifically played this game because I heard it was bad. But, it wasn't bad at all. In fact, I thought it was pretty good. I assume they must have really fixed the game up since launch because it wasn't a buggy mess. I had one instance where I got stuck on a door, but I just reloaded from checkpoint and lost maybe a minute of my time. To have only one problem and it be fixed so easily makes this one of the more polished games I've played in the last few years. But most importantly, it was fun. Just have reasonable expectations before you go in.
