Mimic Logic

Mimic Logic is an RPG Maker puzzle game set in a JRPG style. The puzzles revolve around trying to identify groups of treasure boxes while avoiding the deadly mimics among them. Numerous modes/dungeons and the resource management both add a lot to the gameplay variety, and makes for a very interesting challenge to learn how the chests work. In fact, the gameplay focuses so primarily on the logic puzzles that everything else is generally secondary and undistracting. The combat is simple, and the game runs quick from encounter to encounter with next to no filler dialogue. Additionally, no Steam achievements and the game's credits being reachable relatively easily means that the game doesn't expect any heavy commitment to complete it. The game will respect your time and let you play as much or as little as you'd like. The music adds a lot to the puzzling experience, and the visuals do what they need to help make the game fun. With all of that in mind, I can strongly recommend this game! It's very interesting and a lot of fun to learn how it works! Just don't open a mimic, whatever you do... (• ▽ •;)
