Typically don't review games like this, but others should be warned. (adult content talk is at end of review)
From the screenshots, you can tell it is an RPG Maker game which isn't a bad thing for most, but this one has plenty of issues. To start, there is quite a few translation errors which funnily enough Milena (the title character of the game) is even misspelled a few times. Speaking of names, you don't have one, you are the main character and you are called Boy or Hero, lol.
The sound is okay and just stock sounds from other RPG Maker games I have played and the music on the other hand is annoying and muted that fast. No voice acting for those interested, but it would probably not be that great anyway. The story is quite short (only took 3 hours to beat the game and that included grinding) and it follows a boy merchant that wonders into the forest after a day's work. He finds a big mansion and decides to go inside despite being warned about a witch that lives there earlier. He wonders around the mansion (has a few "encounters" with her) and you eventually find humans trapped in cells. You attempt to free them, but you have to find a key which you go through a forest in the mansion (yeah, don't get me started on that nonsense) and you free them. After they are free, they tell you they are slavers and beat you up and run away to resurrect strong demons on the higher levels of the mansion (I guess slavery and summoning demons is just things you do). At this point I should probably mention that Milena takes a liking to you and saves you, takes you back to the underground city IN THE MANSION to recoup for the next "level" in the mansion. Sensing a theme here? The whole game takes place in the mansion despite it being a house, a forest, a fire cave, an ice cave, and a satanic castle (yes that is all of the locations in the game).
Anyway, you traverse through each of these levels, defeat a boss at the end of them (which I will explain why that is not that easy in a minute) then move on to the next level because you are the hero and you must defeat satan because he is evil and wants to destroy humans (or at least the ones that live in the underground city, you don't meet anyone else). To summarize, you get a couple more scenes, fight some monsters, and defeat satan, the end.
The combat, oh the damn combat. How could you ♥♥♥♥ this up in a game that doesn't need good combat? In this type of game, the player is not looking for a deep and immersive fantasy combat simulator that will require specific builds or tons of grinding, just simple fighting that could be easy enough to beat without trying to hard because that is not why the player is here. They more than likely bought the game for the adult content (which the art is really good, but doesn't outweigh the cons here). Since I am talking about the combat, the game is balanced very badly as in you will nearly one-hit regular monsters then hit a damn wall in the Fire Cave. The enemies, oh dear the enemies in this game are just pasted from a stock list I'm sure as which each level, you face the same enemies. For example, in the forest, the only thing you fight is bat demons. In the Fire cave, you only fight fire demons and in the Ice Cave you only fight these ice demons. The bosses are the unique ones which go from easy to unbeatable without hours of grind like they forgot how short the game was after they finished so they had to bump up the boss damage and health without testing. For example, the Fire Cave boss destroyed me when everything else was fine, nearly took no damage on the way there and then defeated in two turns and said I needed to grind more. Okay, did that for 10 minutes and went back and lost. So, decided to grind for another 40 minutes and then tried then lost again. Decided to cheat this time and modify my stats because this was absurd (didn't lose this time).
So, most of you are thinking why was it so hard? Because when you level up, your stats don't seem to increase except health, mana, and damage, but only slightly despite having several stats. Equipment would be your next answer and I say yeah, there is 2 different chest pieces, 2 helmets, 3 shields, 4 swords, and 4 rings to equip in the entire game. The only thing that really changes combat is the swords, besides that, you go from taking almost no damage to taking tons of damage from bosses. Also, items are useless in this game since you start with a healer (Milena) which can heal for 1000 hp when potions heal for 500hp (I think, I used one) and I don't remember what the other items do. Now, I know you would be saying "shouldn't you know since you died a lot?" No, because the boss in the Fire Cave that killed me multiple times would kill a party member in one attack which hits for about 900 damage multiple times and if you grind, you will have about 2000 hp. So, you usually didn't get to heal the damage up or buff your party because there is no buffs or status effects (thankfully because they would have messed that up too).
Finally, I know the people reading the reviews want to know about the adult content and not the actually game (or maybe they did and chose not to risk it). The art is good, but only 8 scenes which is not a lot for $9.99 USD. All of the scenes are Milena and Boy, no lose to monster scenes, scene variety is boob jobs, hand jobs, missionary, and a doggy style. No animation, no sound effects, no voice acting, no way to remove text box, no auto play through text, no gallery (unless you beat the game which is just a room with crystals to talk to). So decide if it is worth it for you, but it just was not a great experience since about 70% of the game is badly constructed story which is advanced through horrid combat, and you are rewarded every once in a while with a nice scene. If you are looking for a game of this type done right, play Melty's Quest.
Edit: Almost forgot to mention this, you notice that artwork of Milena dressed in what seems to be a cow outfit? Not in the game.
