Short and sweet; "Hose it Down" offers a total of 50 pipe-tile puzzles and as a bonus, it throws in five cute pictures of fire-fighting shenanigans as rewards. If you're not interested in beating the game's par times, you may find yourself completing in less than 2 to 3 hours, but given this game's very reasonable price, a dollar for an hour of pretty gameplay seems more than fair! If you enjoy Wayforward's design and art-style, and if you need something to burn some time, definitely get "Mighty Switch Force! Hose It Down!" for a quick splash of fun.
Meh........It's okay, I recommend it on the SOLE fact that it is a good puzzle game. Beyond that, it could have been better.

Having recently played The Mighty Switch Force Collection, I had noted that this game was absent. I had bought and played it some time ago, but never finished. Having returned to it, I can see why. It’s a simple game, simply moving pipe blocks around so that a water stream can reach particular destinations to put out fires; occasionally there will be a Hooligan Sister to rescue. I will say; the game isn’t bad per say (thus my light recommendation), but it feels very half baked (ironic for a game revolving around fires), here’s a list of issues I had with it:

The “mystery block” gimmick is okay, but almost immediately wears out its welcome and becomes frustrating just a few levels in.
The puzzles range from brain dead easy to just fumble about until it’s solved, none are particularly difficult or thought provoking, though some come across as tedious.
One of the great joys of MSF is the Par time gameplay. This game absolutely fumbles that. It appears that this game was designed with touch screen in mind; thus making it nearly impossible for the average pc player with a mouse to beat the levels within the time-frame. Despite having a pattern memorised for beating the level and redoing it dozens of times, I kept missing within milliseconds, and these were the first few levels. The game needed a little reconfiguring with mice in mind for the pc.
Add to the fumbling with the mouse, Clicking on certain blocks, or on Patty herself, feels a bit… off? Like I’ll be clicking on Patty (the player character) to start her hose and I’ll have to do it multiple times before she often starts. This is fine when playing slowly like you would a normal puzzle game, but since there’s a par time and every millisecond counts, this lack of responsiveness is quite bad.
I mentioned how there’s Hooligan Sisters to save, it took me a few minutes to work out what I was supposed to do with them, as there is nothing telling you within the game. It wasn’t a long time, but enough to leave a bad impression. (by the way, you need to drop them to the ground, and then lead them to the back of the building-- now you know)
So overall, not a particularly great game; however I still can give it a recommendation (though light) because as a simple straight forward time wasting puzzle game, it’s perfectly serviceable – on top of the gameplay you have the gorgeous artwork and lovely beats MSF is known for, and this game’s whole vibe and feeling (outside of the game) is just nice. Perhaps if I played this on a touch screen the experience would be far more invigorating and all my gripes would have disappeared. So if you’re looking for a cheap and simple puzzle game with a pleasing atheistic, and you’re not the type to 100% games (seriously, don’t bother, the par times are just too tight), though you can defo get better, this is still a simple fun time.
Short fun puzzle game
I don't even have anything interesting to say about it 5/10
Very cool
Platina? Não tem, mas o desafio compensa 🔥
Come back any time! — Mercador
After finally completing all of the puzzles, I think my brain needs someone to hose it down.
