Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 15 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Wow what a ♥♥♥♥ game.
Oh the old days...
Ok I know this game is bad but I still wanted to try it because I am bored and being $5 wasn't too bad, but I had issues running the game on W10 which is fair enough games like these tends to have issues so I made a Windows XP VM and installed one core API to install Steam on XP to try to run it with no result I tried installing it from the game ISO which kept crashing during installation and I just had a thought hey why not try it on the Steam Deck...which it works very well besides the cutscenes which blew my mind how it works mostly fine but it can't run on any Windows despite being made for it

Do u know NFS and Midnight club *shakes head yes* Well try this * hands a copy of Midnight Outlaw: 6 Hours to SunUp* *starts to play it* "This is a clone but it's fine for 2005 so ill give it a thumbs up because at least it's not big rigs" :)
Can't even get the game to run well. Don't waste your time with this game.
Doesn't even run, crashes before it even starts.
This game does not work on Windows 10, unless you download a sketchy third party .exe fix. No thanks. 0/10
Nothing works, such a shame. I loved this game back in the days.
Racing
★★★☆☆ Good! The "RPM Tuning" (original name of the game) refers to the game's main draw, which is the ability to customize your cars like crazy. Each car can be tweaked mechanically and aesthetically with all sorts of body kits, wheels, engines, exhaust systems, and such, all of which can be bought and placed on your car. The actual racing doesn't do much to salvage the game. The one thing you can't complain about are the controls, which handle reasonably well. There are some issues with drifts spinning out, even when you aren't really traveling all that fast, and the collision detection is random, to say the least. But otherwise, the cars handle fine. The most obnoxious thing about races involves the blatantly obvious rubber-band artificial intelligence. It actually works both ways, though. If you're way behind, the game will let you catch up to your opponents. As a result, the positive aspects have more weight overall than the negative aspects. But “RPM Tuning” is just as far away from been a masterpiece, as it's far away from being called a failure, so that we find ourselves pretty much in the middle of the field.

The PC version of 'RPM Tuning' offers some interesting ideas and it's fun for some short time, but ultimately lacks variety and a modern presentation. Only hardcore tuning fans should take a look.

Midnight Outlaw is an older racing game from 2005. Unfortunately the developer has not maintained the game and it does not launch under modern versions of Windows. I can't recommend games which don't work, especially not for $10.
