Midnight Outlaw: 6 Hours to SunUp

it works on my mothers ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc this game has the most extreme bodykits i have ever seen no joke. if you want to play it just emulate RPM tuning and done, same game with a ♥♥♥♥ soundtrack, just that it actually starts up. i did get this game to run on my modern pc, but cant fix the resoloution sadly, just set every exe to win98 compatibily mode and done. otherwise a solid game with a decent story. i give it a 6.5/10

I think this is a racing game. Or a game about clock theives.

The game doesn't even start up. It's just error and crash constantly. Avoid this game, it's total crap.

it feels unfinished

Game has this glitch where the road doesn't seem to load -- you can see on the radar where the road is supposed to be, but the game never seem to 'draw' it. I bought this game in a pack of old, abandonware type games, and wish now I had saved my money for games that still had a community and were ported/maintained better.

Anti-Recommendation: Doesn't run on Vista. You've been warned.

Всего же у игры 3 небольшие проблемы: слухоуничтожительное нечто, что маскируется здесь под саундтрек; вырвиглазная реализация реактивного-турбо-ускорителя и сложный сюжет, который я не смог пройти (но посмотрел в папке с игрой, до чего дошел прогресс) из-за рандомных крашей в каждой заставке, перед которыми бывает по несколько гонок без сохранений (заставки можно пропустить, но иногда для этого нужна сверхкосмическая скорость). Если данные проблемы вас не пугают, то это отличная игра как раз часов на 6.

I didn't play this game much, and that's partly becuase it feels really low budget-and not in a good way. It doesn't keep your attention that much.

I remember RPM Tuning (Midnight Outlaw: 6 Hours to Sun Up) from my childhood. It wasn't a bad budget racing game with a storyline, and it was quite enjoyable to play. Years later, I decided to play it again, this time on Steam. I like it when older games are available for digital distribution. I can say that overall, the game is just as I remembered it, and I managed to complete it without spending money on tuning, only trading in for new cars in the storyline. The one thing I can really complain about in terms of gameplay is the option to replay the race. I don't know who came up with the brilliant idea of restarting the ENTIRE tournament or segment instead of a single race. The same applies to drag races. When it comes to games, I have one simple rule: if a game requires my intervention to run - the review is negative. In this case, it's not even a negative review, it's a reprimand to the game's publisher. This is probably the MOST BROKEN digital game release I've ever seen, I spent a lot of time trying to get the game to run at all. I had to use my private PHYSICAL COPY of the game to run the one from Steam. The price of the game itself is absurd, $10 for a product that doesn't work? I own physical copies of RPM Tuning and Midnight Outlaw, and the combined price of both is far from the price of the product on Steam. I had to buy the game key through the website (thank God the price of the key was reasonable) because this game isn't even available for purchase in half of the countries. I'm speechless. This should be illegal.
