Midnight Monitor: Anomaly Watch

This guy is just copying games that go viral for a quick buck. There is nothing remotely scary about this game and it is loaded with the most repetitive boring achievements.

I played the sequel or successor to Midnight Monitor before playing the OG. I vastly preferred Midnight Monitor Aldercourt even though it was less horror, more silly and fun. Midnight Monitor felt very difficult in comparison with some super sneaky anomalies. The Halloween DLC had to be the best part of this game, the anomalies were much more obvious, there was more horror than in the base game, and the enemy you had to flash to scare away added a fun new gameplay element. Not a bad anomaly spotting game but one of the more difficult. Having spent so long getting all achievements I was disappointed to see that a number of the achievements are for a new map or level which hasn’t been released yet. I hope this will be released soon as I will definitely revisit the game then. [B]Pros[/B] - Halloween DLC was sick - Some horror elements [B]Cons[/B] - Very sneaky anomalies made it frustrating and too easy to lose - Not enough horror - Frustrating gameplay - Impossible to 100% due to some achievements being linked to a new level or map which hasn’t been released yet - Hope this game hasn’t been abandoned by dev [B]Overall Rating: 6/10[/B]

awesome game, highly recommend. definitely made me second question myself a lot of times, but definitely helps you pay attention to the smallest details once you get used to it.

its a fun attion-to-detail game perfect for those who are to scared for a real horror game but still wanna play a horror game 10/10

This game is so awesome I genuinely forgot (or just never noticed or knew?) that it's an early access game. What's currently available already feels so polished and complete. Tons and tons of variety here in terms of achievements, anomalies, rooms, and modes, really driving up that replay value. I spent a ton of time on this and never felt bored from repetition. You can really customize the settings to make it as easy or as hard as you want. Controls are reasonable also. I think this is the second anomaly hunting game I've ever played, the first one being Aldercourt from the same developer. Unfortunately, this has ruined many other anomaly games for me. Some of them are good but most are nowhere near as nicely done as this one. Highly recommend this. Even at full price it's a steal.

Great obervation anomaly game, Viexi's work and dedication shows in every update and patches done through time since first released. Can't wait for the next update!
