Midnight Evil

Midnight Evil is a fun horror game that can make use of a very interesting concept--using the microphone to control the game. The premise of the game is to read a book and check your surroundings for monsters, as the book is supposed to dispose of these monsters. While it is possible to make it so voices read the book to you, reading the book with your own voice into your microphone is also an option. My friend and I used the microphone to read the book and had a blast playing the game!

Un jueguito corto de Terror . Muy parecido a Boogeyman pero le añade la novedad de tener que leer un libro en voz alta para avanzar ( funciona a través del micro ) Si lo juegas sin la mecánica del micro es bastante fácil . No le vendría mal un poco mas de dificultad. La parte de la historia es buena, es como un cuento de terror infantil . Los enemigos son simpaticos y en general está bien. Si lo encuentras a un precio adecuado te entretiene algo menos de 1 hora .

A great homage to horror fantasy classics like Leprechaun and Troll 2. Reading the story aloud is a engaging mechanic and I didn't run into any problems with my voice being detected. I also quite enjoy the atmosphere and the story though simply was still fun in a dark sorta way.

A very unique horror game. Short but sweet with a pretty interesting story and silly, yet creepy lil mfs tryna interrupt your reading session (smh,,,)

The concept is very cool and very original. However, the microphone input is very buggy / it does not work 70% of the time, in the menu at least, but when I try to play the game in narrator mode it does not pick up my mic at all. A shame, but I am glad there are many playthroughs on YouTube. Sorry, but I had to refund this game since it was literally unplayable.

Decent. Edit: Don't get it if you want to play with your mic, it doesn't work very well. It's still a pretty nice short horror game and I didn't mind playing with the narration mode.
