Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 102.43/day in the week to Aug 28 → 237.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Excellent port. Not perfect, but by far the most convenient/optimized variant of this game that one could play. One of my personal favorite games, but not a game for everyone; expect only about 4-5 hours of gameplay, and roughly 8-9 hours of cutscenes. Expect total runtime of a first playthrough to range from 14-18 hours. I keep coming back for the octocamo. Such a fun mechanic I missed dearly. Very happy this port exists at all. The 17-18 years of PS3 exclusivity here is over -- every mainline MGS title is now fully playable via PC ports to Steam. Absolutely awesome! Runs perfectly on my Steam Deck and my Linux PC, no tweaks required. PC is whisper silent while running. Temperatures extremely cool. 60FPS the whole time (120fps with NVIDIA Smooth Motion, possibly 240fps using lossless scaling). 4K compatible. Beat whole game using Mouse and Keyboard without problems -- controls work great... just a great port. No clue what people are whining about on the Steam Discussions.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Underrated gem of the series finally on pc. Runs well. If you dont like cutscenes, dont buy this.
One of the best experiences I have ever had
Nanomachines??
Runs like a charm, beats having to dust off the PS3
Kojima at his very best (and worst) a beautiful and ridiculous send off to the saga, and 16 years after the original release it still brings a tear to my eye.
The 71 minute ending cutscene certainly earns it's runtime. My eyes have been opened to peak gaming/cinema.
Obra maestra que concluye la historia principal del maestro Fideos con Lima, o algo asi era podes agarrarle la bija a una estatua, 10/10
Yes, it's a positive review, but read the negatives so you'll know.
I played this on release day back in the PS3 era. I'll never forget that feeling. And even better: the feeling of playing it online with that VoIP with low af bitrate which, believe it or not, made the experience even better. It felt like we were actually talking via radio using laringophones and that vibe was so unique to that game. No other has even done it. It's like a feature, not a bug. lol. Having said that, PvP mode was P2P, which means..... there was no need for hosting and paying for servers. It was free PvP. And did we get it on PC? No. Did Konami leave it online for PS3 users? Also no. Konami is garbage. F U, Konami. I'm only getting this because it's a KOJIMA GAME MADE BY KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. F your Fox Hunt garbage mode that was a stilborne insta-flop of a game mode. And F you for capping MGS Delta FPS for no reason since it was a new game made in UE5. No reason to do so. Your company makes only bad choices and you live off of rehashed ancient content. Like... a while back there was a Bruce Campbell comeback. You could have done a reboot of the Broken Helix. Did you? Nah. You lack the vision and talent. Also, praying for Bruce as he just said he has 5 years left due to cancer. Now, the oher negative aspects of this port: - Image is very blurry because they left Dynamic Resolution on and it is also configured wrongly. I have a freaking 4090, so there is absolutely no reason to turn down the resolution in order to hit 60 FPS. Even with DLSS5 I'm still hitting 60 FPS. With a basic af 2 lines notepad, you can turn it off and get a more clear image. You will still need to use ReShade Image Sharpening to carry it home. - Mouse sensitivity takes some tweaking. Menu sensitive options are garbage. I bet some of the options there don't do anything. Although, it does work and that's good. - You need to use low polling mouse otherwise if freaks out and your aim goes all over the place. - During cutscenes, there's a low hissing in the background. It's like back in the day when we had a CRT TV and we used that little wireless device to use earplugs. There was a very distinct hissing sound. - The "slash throat" and "inject syringe" big icon has an out-of-place vertical line on the right side. What a silly oversight. It makes it look very amateurish. - In the controls menu where we select the bindings, there is no option for the Alternative Fire Modifier Button. So if I'm walking silently with Ctrl and I need to taser someone or use the underbarrel shotgun, I need to release Ctrl to free my pinky and hold Shift to then click Mouse1.
