Meowk and Frocco

Meowk and Frocco was intended to be a 2D retro pixel/MS-Paint art style retro maze/action/puzzle game where you must negotiate 2D mazes and hazards using Asteroids/SpaceWar! style steer-and-thrust mechanics. The game does not launch, crashing immediately with an obtuse "Code Error", with no clear way to fix it or work around it. Even if the game would work, it would be garbage, with laughably bad MS-Paint art and tired, dead 2D retro gameplay, the kind of gameplay that became obsolete when Wolfenstein 3D hit the PC in 1992. Anyway, dead game polluting the Steam store for money, don't buy.

The game doesn't work at all. When it launches it shows an error message: ___________________________________________ ############################################################################################ FATAL ERROR in action number 1 of Step Event0 for object object_meowk: global variable name 'format' index (100008) not set before reading it. at gml_Object_object_meowk_Step_0 ############################################################################################ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- stack frame is gml_Object_object_meowk_Step_0 (line -1) Users already reported this issue, however, the developer didn't respond in any way Well, there goes a theory, that Valve checks games if they work at all. Atleast direct asset flips works, mostly.

这可能是第一份评测，从视频中看这可能是一款很有趣的找虐游戏，搭配可爱的画风，可能会吸引到一部分玩家来尝试，但是问题来了，游戏根本进不去，只挂了几分钟来说一下情况，不能详细说明游戏内容，希望能够解决吧。
