Game is garbage, tried to play in sandbox, there is no such thing, it runs as if is was designed for a computer out of the earliy 90's insisting upon a slow progress bar in between every action. If you are looking for a simcity style game, this isn't it. Your area is small, You don't get to start your own city, instead getting a premade map, and everything takes forever to accomplish as if it is trying to test your patience.
